History
Established in 2022.
Reyou was founded in Howell Township with a simple conviction: people with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD deserve real options when standard medications and talk therapy haven't been enough. We started as a ketamine infusion practice and grew into a full interventional psychiatry clinic offering Spravato® (esketamine) nasal spray , FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression and typically covered by insurance , alongside IV ketamine therapy. From the beginning, we built the practice around integration: treatment sessions are paired with integration support and weekly psychotherapist-led group therapy, because lasting change comes from what you do with the experience, not just the medicine. More than 10,000 treatment sessions later, Reyou serves communities across Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, and Union Counties from two New Jersey locations — Howell Township and South Plainfield (opened 2026) — seven days a week.
Meet the Business Owner: Menachem L.
Menachem (Michael) Langer founded Reyou to close the gap between what mental health care usually offers and what people actually need when nothing else has worked. He built Reyou around a conviction that ketamine and Spravato® treatment should be done right: medically supervised, insurance-accessible where possible, and always paired with integration and group therapy so the benefits last. Under his leadership, Reyou has grown to two New Jersey locations and more than 10,000 treatment sessions, with a team that treats every patient as a person in their care — not an appointment slot. Outside the clinic, Menachem is a husband and father who believes recovery should feel human from the first phone call.
