Earlier this year, I developed one varicose vein on my right leg. After researching Dr. Lin, I made an appointment for a consultation with him right away. We discussed all my concerns, my discomfort, and my self-consciousness about my appearance (summer was just around the corner). Dr. Lin took the time to address everything with great patience I really felt great leaving my consultation and made an appointment right after my consultation. He was so kind to accommodate me after hours because of my work schedule. The difference between Dr. Lin and these other Vein Specialty locations is: Dr. Lin will take the time to guide you and help you because Dr. Lin truly cares about his patients. At any other vein specialty location your just a number to them and you're nothing more than a $ sign to them. New You MediSpa is the way to go call them now. Before my procedure, Dr. Lin spent some time with me going over everything one last time, and I was ready to go. My first visit was for hair loss. the nurse practitioner did not even examine my scalp. I could tell she was just trying to get me out of the room as quickly as possible. She was pretty dismissive of my concerns. As a healthcare provider, I understand the pressure of working with 15 minute appointment times and an overbooked schedule, but this was frankly disrespectful and terrible medical practice to not actually perform a focused exam on the area of concern. What if I had scarring hair loss? And then went to Connelly dermatology and had a decent experience. When Connelly dermatology suddenly closed, I found myself without medication and a dermatologist. Out of time pressure and desperation, I foolishly decided to go to Schweiger again. This time a video visit with a different provider. She was somehow even more dismissive. She was late due to circumstances beyond her control, which is fine, but she talked over me. The entire time did not listen to a word I said. She also made it clear that she's unfamiliar with very basic evidence in hair loss medicine. She obviously had not reviewed any of the labs. her office did last time because she suggested my primary doctor do the same work up instead. She was rude and dismissive of my concerns, and again was just trying to get me off the line as quickly as possible. I waited 20 minutes for this appointment and it was maybe 4 minutes. There are plenty of decent dermatologists in the area. I would truly recommend avoiding this one.

All the work on my face, from filler, to Botox was the best I ever had. However, since then I have had other treatments there and am so happy with the diet and nutrition counseling I have received and other laser treatments. I love that they discuss my concerns and try to address what needs to be addressed and never try to sell me anything. They have actually advised I not do certain procedures. When I have follow up questions and concerns they are always so generous with their time. These are real professionals. You can tell they love what they do and genuinely care about people. I knew immediately it was going to leave a lump, and it did. I have never had an injector put an entire vial into just one side of someone's face like that. When I called a few days later, their only solution was to dissolve it. They expected me to just erase the product I had just paid hundreds of dollars for, essentially wasting my money. Now, 4 months later, I still have a ridiculous lump on the side of my chin. I called them again, and they offered the exact same "solution" to dissolve it. When I pointed out how unfair it is to make me waste my money, they claimed they could "partially dissolve" it and replace some filler. That is completely misleading because dissolving agents are unpredictable and eat away at all filler. When I asked for a well-deserved refund due to their doctor's poor placement and technique, they flatly declined. Even when I warned them that I would leave a bad but honest review, they completely did not care. They lack accountability and do not care about ruining your face or taking your money. Do not trust them with your cosmetic procedures.

I started going here bc I had a groupon for laser hair removal. I can't say that I had the greatest luck with the laser hair removal and I am fair skinned with nearly black hair. I did all of my treatments, they were performed by Lee and she is very sweet. I did have pretty significant hair reduction but not quite as good as the results as other places with a different type of laser. However, I have NEVER felt like I was treated any less bc I used a groupon. Since I started going there, and bc it is over an hour drive for me, I started doing botox and fillers to make the drive worthwhile. Based on every conversation I have had with other people, laser & aesthetic medical center offers the best prices. Not only that, but Dr. Singhvi does an amazing job! He takes his time every time I go in there and studies my face to make sure he does what needs to be done with the amount of product he has to work with. He knows I'm on a budget and I only come in when there are specials and that doesn't matter to him. He absolutely gives me the best results with whatever amount he has to work with and he does not make me feel pressured to purchase anything else. As I was walking into the building for my appointment, the receptionist called me and said they had to cancel the appointment. Their attitude was basically "too bad" and "we don't actually have to fulfill what we advertise". I reported this business to the BBB. I hope they get shut down and stop scamming people.
