She's had flat tires, speeding tickets and her car was broken into then it was stolen. She said she lives in Los Angeles and has two dental offices one in Fillmore, Ca and Santa Paula, Ca. She has started work on dentures and never could complete due to her canceling and rescheduling! She is incompetent and I have notified the California state board of dentistry and DentiCal! I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. My last appointment there were 2 other people there waiting for their appointments and she was over 45 minutes late and I have also waited that long before because I was desperate for her to make corrections, that never happened. The last appointment she demanded me to give her my lower dentures with her and that she was no longer going to be taking patients with DentiCal! A very dissatisfied patient!!!

Had an appointment at 4:45 pm just to review my lab results with my doctor only…read moreto get there at 4:33, they checked me in, made me sit in the lobby for 15 min or so, just to call me back up and let me know they have canceled my appointment for not getting there 15 min BEFORE my appointment. Keep in mind I got there 12 min before my appointment. They were so unprofessional and declined me health services. Made me reschedule 2 weeks later for an over the phone appointment. That day came, 1:15 was my appointment, never called me. I called them , they let me know they had been calling me and were calling the wrong number. Which is so ridiculous considering they have my paperwork and have texted me the appointment confirmation in the past. Like how does that happen? So AGAIN, they make me reschedule another appointment. So unprofessional and so inconsiderate. How is it my fault they were calling the wrong number?? Then we schedule another appointment, I get a few calls later from a doctor. Let's me know due to not answering my phone at 1:37, they have to reschedule AGAIN? When I just rescheduled. Like ? Do they have common sense?? I let her know it's been rescheduled and she says there is nothing scheduled? I don't know who has anything against me at this clínicas but it's so ridiculous. The scheduling team is so unprofessional and idiotic. They need to train better or get a new team of ppl who actually want to work there and help patients. They know nothing about hospitality. I am providing my review and experience with this office as an adult with braces. To say I was nervous at my consultation is an understatement. But, I felt comfortable and supported the entire time! There are quite a bit of staff members working and I could tell that they were all involved and engaged with each patient and were giving exceptional service. My consult was a blur only because I was trying to process everything but I can say it was one of THE MOST thorough consultation appointments I have ever had. Made the decision to proceed with Dr. Lee and have been so happy! Granted, I have a hunch that the pain with adult teeth moving is much more than kids, but I guess I could be a bit biased. :) It is almost to the end of my treatment and am really looking forward to what's next. Plus, and most importantly, my teeth look amazing! Really and truly, they do! Office staff at both locations are friendly and compassionate and you can tell they take some pride in their work. Sadly, I have been to many medical offices (dental, too) and it is painfully obvious those employees are punching a clock waiting for 5 or 6 PM. Dr. Lee and his staff are awesome! Very much highly recommend his office for your ortho needs.

Go here if you have ample time, and don't mind your kids missing a lot of school. They overbook…read moremost appointments, so add double the time of what they "estimate". The new devices that they are using for palate expansion do not work, and it greatly extends the time for treatment. I haven't had one of my kids go through a complete treatment yet, so I can't speak to the efficacy of long term success. I'm hoping it will be good, although very long and drawn out. I will look elsewhere for my younger kids, and compare and ask more specific questions before starting treatment.
