My journey with pointe shoes has always been a struggle. Now (as an adult) I decided to give it…read moreanother shot at finding shoes that worked with my wide feet and average arch. I was super anxious, but when I arrived at The Dance Shop, Glynanne made me feel very comfortable. It was obvious she was very proficient in her pointe shoe fitting experience. After surveying my foot structure, she quickly found a flattering, comfortable shoe that made my foot look prettier than I had ever seen it! The problem: She currently didn't have it in stock in the exact size I needed. The awesome thing I love about Glynanne, she didn't stop till she ordered the shoes and got them to me within a few days with another fitting to recheck the fit! I'm so overwhelmed with gratitude and thankfulness for her professional expertise and her kindness! 5 stars! I'll be sending my students here for sure!

The whole time (unless you're a regular) they are giving you judgement; almost like why are you here. I found many items that you can get online for 50% less!!! Many times its even in better condition too! If you sale, good luck getting a fair value for your items. Also a lot of miscommunication too, I asked about a piece to be told one price and then 5 mins later get told it's going to be $100 more than what i was told earlier. Absolutely crazy, save your time and money and go online. If you enjoy paying two times what the item is worth, then this is your store for sure!
