Few days ago when I originally stopped by to buy an attachment head, Elannah was nice enough to tell me that they can waive shipping fees for any orders placed from their online store if they didn't already have it in stock. I figured I'd ask again about the charger, and although she originally told me the same that neither they nor the online store had it in stock, after hearing how I had been searching for almost a year, she went to the back and found me a spare working Gen5 charger that she didn't charge me for.
