I paid for the Ultimate and they were here less than 2 hours. My car still had water spots on it, the carpets are still dirty, I took one of the mats out and cleaned it myself, and the water was filthy. The carpets are still dirty, dirty in the corners and sides of the seats, The seats still have stains on them. The headliner still has marks on it. Marks that could easily be removed. They claim it is permanently stained, but I could rub it clean with my hand. Very unhappy with the job but Pressa refused to clean any further. When I called Premier, as they say 100% Customer Satisfaction on their website, they stopped answering my calls. No response to my complaints at all. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are RIP OFFS!!!!!all

The process was easy--getting a quote and scheduling didn't feel like a hassle at all, which I appreciated. Price was reasonable and the results are awesome. The car looks way better now, and the ceramic coating is solid. The water just beads off, and I feel like the paint is way more protected. He gave me a bunch of instructions for caring for it afterward. Definitely recommend getting it done if you're on the fence. Esteban knows what he's doing, and being certified for this kind of work shows. Worth it.

I would say they have on average, 10 cars there at any one time. And everything from a Toyota to a Rolls Royce and Bentley. I quickly decided to bring mine in and get it detailed (inside and outside). They did a fantastic job, actually the best detail I've eve had; weeks later, my car still looks beautiful. They didn't forget one thing on the car; it's clean, spotless, and perfect. I also had them fix 4 dings/dents in my car, so now it really looks brand new. You can't tell where the damage was, they did phenomenal on the body work! Can't say enough great things. All the guys are friendly, they do great work, and at an affordable price. Would recommend time and time again!! 10/10.

Gets the bird poop out and makes the rims shiny. You can stay inside the car for the ride. The interior cleaning is where they fall a little short. It's good not great. I always notice a little dust or pebbles left in corners. Areas that require a bit more effort to vacuum or reach. They don't rush and if you point something out, they will grab supplies and go over any problematic areas so the service is good.
