And I was told when I was sold a package that it would tighten my neck. Six months later and little has improved on my face and neck. I understand if the treatment cannot address loose skin, but the salesperson should have never sold me the Thermage under false pretenses. I'm pissed because when I called to complain I was told I needed multiple sessions and I can't believe I was told this! At 3K a pop I am better off getting a facelift. Then they said they would take $1,400 off. Oh wow... I have been a loyal client of Laseraway and as an aesthetician I have referred many client here and family. I am not happy and will likely not be back after my Botox package is up. They push sales, and don't back results. I was basically told in the end that there was only so much they could do and that I needed plastic surgery. No problem, BUT I should have been warned before buying this treatment!

I bought a Groupon that combined Brazilian and under Arm, the first three sessions were just a waste of time because the technician finished in two minutes, they were not putting any effort to cover the whole areas, I learned it after receiving my my 3 last sessions when the 2 other technicians did a very good job After my six sessions were ended, I wanted to continue and I scheduled my seventh session. The front desk lady said it's going to cost me $104.. today when I came out the session they charged me$208 , when I asked why, they said it's $104 for each area. They neglected to inform me from the beginning that they charge for each area separately, and when I brought it up with the front desk lady, she said that Groupon does a different deals than what they offer on site, how ridiculous it is to say something like that when the Business is working with Groupon and decide which deals to do, apparently she didn't know what she was talking about, but she had the balls to argue with me, young lady sitting in the front desk being rude, and keep arguing about stuff that she has no idea about! I myself is a business owner and I know exactly how Groupon works . I will not be going to this place again I will not recommend it. They sell you a Groupon, but then they scam you. Beware!

Another yearly update for Dr. Zaka's practice…read more Dr. Zaka continues to be incredibly fast and efficient. My appointments are always seamless, and I love that I can routinely get in and out of the clinic within 15 minutes without ever feeling rushed. The biggest update this year is her adoption of AI-assisted workflows using the Aura 3D Imaging System. It is a massive step forward for the practice and a huge selling point. By utilizing this advanced technology, Dr. Zaka is shifting patient care from reactive treatments to highly precise, predictive, and preventative care. Having my treatments backed by this kind of sub-surface data gives me immense confidence in my long-term results. If you are looking for a forward-thinking, tech-forward medical aesthetician in Walnut Creek, I cannot recommend Dr. Zaka enough.

I don't know if Dr Zaka had a bad day when I saw her, but she had poor bedside manner during our…read moreconsultation. This was disappointing after having driven an hour to her office. She was cold, snappy, and a bit rude at times when I asked questions. For example, we were discussing Botox and she asked me to raise my eyebrows. I was struggling to do so on command, which happens. Instead of guiding me, she said right off the bat in an agitated tone "I don't know why you're not raising them. Maybe you're shy." This is not how you talk to patients, especially when they are already putting themselves in a vulnerable setting like a medical aesthetics office. This was just one of several things that rubbed me the wrong way. It's a shame, because I heard good things about her work. I may have been interested in working with her, if it were not for her off-putting nature during our consult. Instead, it was an immediate no for me after I left her office. Giving two stars because she at least gave some helpful info about potential treatments and pricing. But her bedside manner needs work.

I had previously been having trouble finding an injector that is skilled, professional, and personable and I was relieved to finally meet and get treated by Adrianne. I started with PDO threads. Adrianne also does my routine Dysport and filler. I'm so glad I trusted her to fill my lips for the first time - they are perfect. I had hesitated to get them done for so long because there's no much bad work out there, and I simply couldn't risk it having had poorly placed filler other places before. She also has been patiently dissolving old filler done by other injectors. Adrianne has high integrity and doesn't let me get more than I need/things I don't need or more than what will look good. As a fellow beauty technician, I trust her whole heartedly with my face. We are going to do Morpheus8 next and I'm really excited about that. Yes, these services are expensive. They are luxury services and you certainly get what you pay for with Adrianne at Encore MedSpa. I look younger at 35 than I did at 27 and I'm loving it. I wasn't aware that she doesn't inject anymore and left my message on seen instead of answering my question, very unprofessional and rude too . I still proceeded to get my lips done with another injector to give this place a chance but didn't get the results I was looking for and made me pay extra. I let the injector know I needed more filler on one side via message and the Front desk receptionist basically said not to bother the nurse. I've been going to LA ViE MD for approximately 4-5 years, so this review reflects several years of…read moreexperience with the practice rather than one disappointing visit. Dr. N is very good at neuromodulator injections, although it typically takes a few follow-up visits with her or one of her nurses to get my eyebrows corrected so they don't look unnatural. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the laser treatments. I have spent a significant amount of money on IPL, CoolPeel, and most recently BBL, and the results have been extremely disappointing. Other than temporary pinkness after treatment--which is an expected reaction--I have seen essentially no improvement in my age spots or broken capillaries. I was told BBL was the latest and greatest, and I actually waited for the practice to get the machine because I was hopeful this would finally produce better results. Somehow, the BBL was even more disappointing than the IPL and CoolPeel. After spending this much money on multiple treatments, I expected to see at least some visible improvement. Today I was scheduled for my third XERF treatment. (No one mentioned it would take more than one treatment to see any noticeable difference after a few weeks). Weeks ago, I was promised 30% off. However, the price has since been increased to the point that my treatment WITH the promised 30% discount would now cost more than I paid for either of my first two XERF treatments. I find that very disappointing. The final issue for me was being required to provide a copy of my driver's license, supposedly for insurance reasons. At my previous visit, I specifically discussed this and was told I could simply show my license. Now I'm being told I need to upload a copy. I have dealt with many medical practices over the years and have never been required to upload and allow a practice to retain a copy of my driver's license. Maybe I'm overly cautious, but with identity theft and data breaches being so common, I am not comfortable having yet another copy of a document containing my personal identifying information stored somewhere--particularly when I don't understand why simply verifying my identity by looking at my license is no longer sufficient. After being an ongoing patient here for several years and spending a considerable amount of money with this practice, I'm extremely disappointed that my experience has reached this point. Long-standing patients should feel valued, listened to, and treated with consistency--not faced with changing prices, disappointing results, and new requirements that contradict what they were previously told. This simply isn't how you treat patients who have continued to support your practice year after year, particularly in an area where there are so many other practices offering the same cosmetic services and competing for patients' business.
