She used a variety of tools, including straight razor, clippers and scissors, to do what my Wife called my best haircut in a very long time. Wynstan did especially well on my trouble spots giving me a great looking cut. She also provided advice on routine care. Some of the things that set Tonsorial apart were their online capabilities for scheduling, their beautiful and secure facility, and their warm and welcoming demeanor. The cost was also not much more than I regularly pay at other providers.

I've been going to Ford's since before they moved to Ranch Acres and I've never had anything other…read morethan a great haircut. It's a first come, first served, cash-only type of place, but all three barbers are masters at their craft and will make you look handsome every time. It's a retro style barber shop run by younger guys. Expect classic barber chairs, vintage Tulsa pics on the wall, a straight razor neck shave, a great music playlist that ranges from Johnny Cash and Patsy Cline to 80s rock and punk, and lively banter between barbers and clients. Other establishments go for for neo-retro vibe but often come off as too hipsterish or too kitschy or just charge too much. Ford's gets it just right. I've sat in a chair next to young guys, seniors, kids, a well known local musician, and a woman on the butch end of the spectrum. Anyone who appreciates traditional barbering needs to hit this place up; there's no cliquish, cooler-than-thou vibe here. Keep in mind, however, that it isn't Great Clips, they will take longer than 15 minutes to make sure they get your cut right. So come to relax and enjoy the comraderie, and be sure to bring something extra for a tip, these guys work hard to serve us.

I've had recent two haircut experiences with John, the owner. For me, on each of my two times with John, the experience was let's get it done, hurry up, poor quality (according to my dear wife), and the floor, all around all the barber chairs hadn't been swept. Location for me was great but it's now a good time to move on.

If these guys ever branch out to Los Angeles, will make them my go-to barbershop for sure.

I got 3 all scissors haircuts at Cultured Hair Lounge by 3 different hairstylists. The first was…read morethe best, the second one was okay, and the last one was barely a cut. It was more like a trim with hair products being applied to your hair for the final finish. For the price paid, it was not worth it so I left and found my current hairstylist at Great Clips. The good thing at Cultured Hair Lounge is your hairstylist will spend the time listed, 45 minutes for all scissors haircut. So don't expect to be done before that time. Haircuts at Cultured Hair Lounge are more expensive than at your regular barbershop, more than twice as expensive. It's a nice shop on Route 66 and S. Lewis, but I feel the haircut isn't worth it.

Not helpful with my feedback of what i wanted cut , very little talking the whole cut other than KEEP YOUR HEAD still which maybe i was moving a little but his attitude was off the charts. Reading a review below which was similar to my experience he acted like my cut was a hassle when it was an easy trim up and some texturing. On the first round of asking if it was okay he barely snipped my hair and my back was still shaggy which i clearly stated I didn't want. The look on his face when i asked to cut it a little more in the back was hilarious. It's pretty hard to mess up my hair cause it's basically a fuzz ball but bro straight up gave me an edgar cut. Maybe he was having a bad day but overall the experience was eh.
