Kellen showed us the two cars we were interested in and gave great advice on which would be better for our needs and the price, which was exactly what we thought also. He showed us car fax and comps for similar vehicles within 300 miles and their prices are a bit below average. He stayed late, answered all our questions, wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss what we wanted and the opportunity to think it over that night. We hadn't planned on buying right away but when we found what we wanted, we couldn't pass up such a good deal. He followed up the next day and was really helpful in getting things set up to purchase. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Highly recommend Kellen at Shamrock Auto.

We weren't sure what to do - because we had more to take then our van could fit. Brady and Kellen heard about our story and reached out to us to see what they could do. To make a long story short, they found a way for us to use one of their vans for a cross country trip - just so we could get our daughter the medical care she needed in New Orleans. This really isn't the thing you do if money is your main aspiration and pursuit. Their kindness and trust made a HUGE difference for us as a family - not only in being able to make the trip comfortably, but learning some things to help our daughter Olivia, who has a serious seizure disorder. It's hard enough to know who to trust these days, but maybe especially when you're looking for a car. From experience, I can tell you that you can trust Brady and Kellen. I know they care about people - and will treat you fairly. This is the kind of business we should support, celebrate and invest in for our communities. We bought the car and after a few weeks the check engine light came on and the car completely died. Turns out the car had no air filter and some debris got sucked into the engine. The repair was expensive and Drive refused to take any accountability in selling us a car they said was fully serviced but in reality had no air filter. I would not recommend buying from them.

We knew we wanted something reliable and we knew we wanted something that would last... we also knew that we hated the used car salesman shopping experience. Drive auto was really chill, really flexible and friendly as well. No pushy salesman tactics or techniques - just a very transparent shopping experience. Very little if any wiggle room on pricing which is probably the only downside, but overall it was a pain free buying experience. Would definitely recommend them as they have great reviews, are friendly, and don't try and force you into anything. They even have something called 'overnight test drive' which means you can take the car for 24 hours to see if you like the vehicle! That's probably one of the nicer aspects!

(The vehicle was NOT a salvage title vehicle, which apparently they deal in frequently, and was in reasonable condition. ) I took the vehicle to my mechanic for a pre-sale inspection and there were a few important things found that needed to be serviced. Sencion agreed in writing to specific repairs and took a deposit to begin the repairs. It took about a week for the repairs to be completed and a second prepurchase inspection was completed at my original mechanic, who indicated the repairs were appropriately completed. Purchase contract clearly stated that the vehicle was being sold as is, which I was satisfied with since the agreed repairs were completed in a timely fashion. Picked up the van the same day as the second inspection, was handed the keys and am very happy with the vehicle thus far.

The vehicle we inquired about wasn't what they purported it to be, nor was it in the condition they claimed. We wasted so much time coming down here. :( Over the span of a week, we came all the way down here twice from Salt Lake to test drive a Honda Accord. They claimed it had a complete restore/rebuild without any harm to the engine. Well, we indeed found damage in the engine head gasket/seals, with oil in distinct spots indicating damage, and no repairs. They claimed it'd been repaired. This was not true. In addition to the engine oil leaking, we could smell coolant fluid leaking, which we worried would result in "chocolate milk" in the engine. The sign of liquid contamination in the engine oil leads to future failure/seizing of the engine block if unaddressed. In our two visits we twice brought our concerns to their attention. It's my belief that it would be unethical for them to sell this vehicle to someone without fixing the damages. They were given the information, and in turn they lied and made poor excuses. They literally tried to cover up the oil leaks we saw, as if we were fools. Plus they claimed the coolant cap was off -- for BOTH the first test drive, AND the second test drive a week later. This made me angry, because I know the fluid would have quickly dissipated in this 100- 103° weather we've been having. I cannot in good faith recommend this business to anyone. They feel incredibly sketchy/scammy, and it was apparent to me that they were willing to lie to make a sale.

It was a big mistake and we ended purchasing our first true 'lemon'. We got to the lot on a rainy day. We were told the car was in great shape, and that it had been maintained well and was great for the previous owner, again, their family. We took our test drive, and things seemed fine initially, so we decided to make the purchase. The following day, when it had dried out, we found that the sun roof did not work, but was glued into place with caulk. We pushed the button to open the roof and the glass fell down, it had to be pushed back up by hand and wedged in to hold it up. We also found that the rear passenger windows did not work. The rear seat has two seatbelt buckles that do not work, which should have been disclosed to us. They knew we were going to be using the car for our two toddlers, and it is unacceptable to hide that sort of safety flawl. The carpet under the passenger seat began to turn red and soggy on our way home. When we pulled it up we found that fresh transmission oil had been spilled under the seat and was slowly leaking out and ruining the carpet. The floormat was missing. There was literally a red oil puddle on the floor filling the entire area in front of the passenger seat. I contacted them immediately and the only answer I received was basically 'we know nothing about that', which is a clear lie. Someone there knows what happened. The tires that appeared good turned out to have sidewall damage and were mounted with the damage on the inside to hide it. They are dangerous and unusable, and the fact that they allowed us to even drive home on them is completely negligent. The car began to smell terribly of antifreeze, and the level dropped significantly on the way home. It is completely unethical to make us believe the car had been in great shape and that they knew it because it was 'in the family'. As upset as I was, I decide to just spend the money and time fixing these things and didn't want to deal with them again. We drove the car two more times, running simple errands, and immediately began to hear a very intense squeal from the front end. We made an appointment with a mechanic. It turns out the vehicle needs a complete front end rebuild, new axles, new rotors, exhaust manifold, and a new front differential. The total repairs, including the new tires, seatbelts, etc., ended up being more than we paid for the car in total. Because we had just shelled out the cash to buy the car, we didn't really have a choice but to begin the repairs. I contacted Amenero motors about it, and the representative told me to send them the bill to look over and they would see what they could do. I wasn't asking for them to give us a full refund, but maybe to just help with the repair costs as these things were completely unwarranted - we had driven the car a total of three times and had it for just a few days. After I sent the estimate they stopped responding to my messages and emails, and have since ghosted me. To add insult to injury, it has been months. We purchased the car in January, drove it three times, and because the parts are not easy to find haven't been able to drive it since. We have been waiting six months for repairs on a family car that was supposed to be good to go, and after finally finding a front differential it might be finished next week. These guys sold us a car that was basically totaled, under the guise of it being a car that had been in their family and was in great shape. We were able to drive it a total of maybe a few hours before catastrophic damage occurred, on top of what had already been neglected in showing us the car. I understand that we purchased a used car, and that there is risk involved there, but the tactics used to make us feel secure in our purchase were clearly unethical. They feel no moral obligation to even attempt to make things right in any way. My advise, - find someone trustworthy to buy a car from - it's not these guys.

I've brought my truck in for issues 4-5 times since the purchase for issue that should be covered by warranty. My airbags weren't working and they said it's because I put aftermarket wheels with spacers on it. They refused to cover the work. I drove directly from there to Ogden and they fixed it with no issues telling me "your wheels have nothing to do with the airbag system. I just brought it in because the interior camera and gps aren't working. They want me to pay $1k for the fixes because I had a radar that broke both the camera and gps (i dont know how that works but it's why they refuse to pay) Once again I took it to Ogden and they warrantied it.
