Then, when the merch was done, there weeks after promised, she said they would be $38 each because she decided to go with twill rather than the screen print we asked for.. I go into the corporate mark to buy some Emerald Society shirts for my father, a retired policeman…read more I show some interest in getting some of my own apparel for my own business done, I end up spending $3,700 and apparel.. Very friendly service, Linda the owner is the person helping me out. I've had some bad experiences in the past, with silk screeners not doing what they said they would do. She takes my order I asked when it will be complete she says on the 20th of October. Unfortunately I was taking my father to Ireland on the 19th today is November 22nd, I've called numerous times to receive my apparel which was supposed to be done October 20th. On November 21st I was told it'll all be done today and told that they would contact me to come pick it up by the end of the day. I never heard from them, so I called this morning only to find out that my apparel was not only not finished but was not even going to be delivered until Wednesday. So now waiting for this ridiculous amount of time and never receiving a phone call in regards to my Apparel are there the lack of it... I'm not upset but I am curious of why the owner would tell me it would be done one day and the next day I find out it's not even going to be delivered for 2 days! Bad customer service, no return phone calls,no hint that your apparel is not going to be completed on the dates promised.. Not even an apology! Instead I receive an email with an invoice. And for text messages stating that you will not deal with anybody who was rude to her employee, I was never rude to her employee I just asked why I was told they would be done yesterday by Linda the owner. The employee was beside herself and did not have an answer of why her boss had lied to me. I said communication is King please ask her to call me.. Unprofessional most definitely still never completed my order which was supposed to be done on the 20th of last month instead I've been ignored blown off lied to and never contacted to let me know my order may be late. Instead they wait till I am all the way in st. Paul only to find out they have no appeal for me... Oh and she stated that a lot of police officers were interested in my gear my company logo. I told her I will go 50% on anything that the police officers would like. One nice guy getting burned again!
