Their specialist said it was not the battery the watch needed to be overhauled and would cost $1000 which didn't make sense since that was the original cost of the watch. They said if not it is just an expensive paper weight. A friend recommended John at Wayzata jewelers. With his experience and expertise he diagnosed the problem and cleaned a mechanism inside and replaced the battery. It worked!!!! I cannot recommend John and Wayzata Jewelers enough.
