I worked with 3 different therapists - John, Abby, and Emily. All three listened to my concerns and what my goals were and worked with me towards those goals. Physical therapy is a definitely a "you get out what you put in" type situation and I gave it my all. I learned that it wasn't really my knee so much as the surrounding muscles and ligaments and the knee was more a symptom of surrounding muscles and ligaments needing to be strengthened. The team at Results gave me several exercises/stretches to do at home in addition to the work they put me through in the office. After 1 month (9 visits) my injured knee is now back to full mobility and the surrounding muscles and ligaments have had a marked improvement in strength. I certainly hope I don't need to go through physical therapy again but if I do I'd definitely return to Results.

My husband started going here on November 2nd after having knee replacement surgery. November 10th…read morewas his last day due to the P.T. having him doing an exercise (8 days post op) stepping over an item (which he wasn't supposed to be doing) without a gait belt (which another assistant had actually got one) but was told he wasn't going to need it or his prescribed assisted device. He was "risk for falls". He fell and reinjured his operated leg. We found out it was broken. The blame was put on my husband instead of P.T., whom we trusted to get better. She owned him a duty to improve and protect him from further harm. We haven't heard from them since, no apology at all. Documents were not all accurate.
