I started going at the end of my pregnancy and it made my sore tailbone and hips feel better! Dr Lauren also helped me go into labor! I saw her the morning before it started and she stimulated all my pressure points and 6 hours later my labor started. I haven't been going long enough to say if it has made my overall health better but I would definitely recommend it to all the pregnant Moms! Stop suffering and go see Dr Lauren. read more

It's a SCAM for sure. It's a joke. 12 weeks and hundreds of dollars later and nothing to show for but pain. Yes they caused me pain that I didn't have before. Lack of sleep was my issue and they said they'll help. Still not sleeping and have back and shoulder pain that I didn't have before. I drove 40 mins each time wasting time and gas for them to do 5 min work. It's a ridiculous scam for sure. The staff were nice. read more

This practice definitely offers a revolutionary style of chiropractic care. It's not a quick fix office, but they provide long term care plans that adjust to your preference and budget. I started coming here when I was six months pregnant with my third- their care made all of the difference in managing my round ligament pain during this past pregnancy! I continue postpartum, and all of my children receive care here as well- it has made a big difference in reducing my baby's colic symptoms and my other children's' ear infections frequency. The staff and doctors are wonderful, kind, loving, patient, and professional. It's definitely a family at Revolution Chiropractic! I look forward to seeing Dr. Caitlin, Dr. Katia, and/or Dr. Liron , as well as the front desk ladies every week! read more

This is not the typical go in and get cracked/adjusted. I didn't do proper research on this service, also they didn't explain how they operate properly. Your first visit will be a spinal temperature scan to see where the hot spots of your spine are. Then they will X-ray you and charge $200 for the first visit. I tried asking how much their Care Plans cost, but they wouldn't give me an amount or even a range of cost. I left the first visit, being unsure if it's going to cost $100 bucks for the next visit or $500 or $1000+. So the second visit, they sit you down to watch a 20-minute video, and then they tell you their "personalized care plan" for you, which is printed on a standard form they have. So I could've just been given or allowed to see that form initially, which would have saved me $200. The Care Plans cost range from $2,600-3,900 and thats the cost for a year and 60 visits. Or if that isn't in your price range, they will "go talk to the doc" and bring out another standard form with prices from $1,800-3,200. My recommendation for the company, on the first visit have the patient watch the video, explain why the patient should do the care plan and then show the care plan prices, and then go from there with the X-ray and spinal scan if they agree to the prices. But I get it. It's a business, and you gotta take money from people somehow. It's just frustrating. read more

I couldn't say better things about this place! The doctors are FANTASTIC. This is a neurological chiropractic center, which means they focus on the nerves, and do quick and painless adjustments. This isn't your crack everything and leave place. It's so great for people with chronic pain. They listen to your concerns, check up on how life is going, and adjust all things necessary you need. I went in at 33 weeks pregnant after moving across country, and they took great care of me! I am 26yo with a bad hip, and they made pregnancy tolerable, all the way up till the end! Helped get baby to flip, helped baby to come when he was late, and overall helpful with new pain spots that pop up. I now see them for postpartum care, and my 3mo son gets adjustments as well. It was really effected his mood. When we missed a few sessions because of the covid shut down, I noticed he was so much more fussy and inconsolable. NO new parent wants a constant screaming baby. After his last adjustment, he's has returned to his normal happy self! The staff is so nice and helpful, they are super accommodating to pricing and have great discount programs, they have a baby changing station in the bathroom, a kids play space in the waiting room, let your friends/family come into your adjustment room to watch (it's really cool).. I just love it here! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Couldn't recommend a better place. I mean look at this happy little guy! Definitely worth it. read more

I have truly loved meeting the staff at Revolution and learning about their practice and the way they help people. Revolution Chiro takes a neurological approach to chiropractic care and really focuses on the areas that need to be balanced and corrected. They're very organized and very thorough with their explanations of every adjustment. Being pregnant, I'm very excited to see how being adjusted and staying healthy helps with my pregnancy journey. read more

Avoid! Told me initially they were in network with our insurance, charged $150 on the first visit and took X-rays and "thermal scans". Required another appointment for a "treatment plan" where they said we were not in network but we could pay 2k up front for a customized "treatment plan" which was clearly generic. Also showed a video about the investment in health to persuade accepting of the payment plan. Would have had to make a third appointment to even get the pain addressed. Called to address this issue and was told the misunderstanding was on my side. Nope! read more

The staff at Revolution chiropractic are so friendly and outgoing that they make you feel like you're at home. They are all very knowledgeable from the front desk to the doctors. They answer any questions that you might have an explain them and thorough detail. read more

The front office staff (Angelina) is a mess, and extremely rude on top of that. I called in asking for them not to charge my cards on file as I would be bringing in the card I'd want the monthly payment to come out of, less than a couple hrs later they did in fact charge the card on file. I understand mistakes but staff was extremely rude, short, and kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain. I told her I wouldn't want to continue care with them and she said I "had to" come into the office in order for that to go through. Other than that, the actual doctors are great but the receptionist really turned me off to ever going back in! I'd suggest going elsewhere where entire staff is friendly and accommodating. read more

Dr. Lauren is absolutely incredible! She is knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about your overall health. Her extensive training and experience is very apparent. She also regularly participates in health fairs/events in the Jacksonville area. Revolution is practically a "one stop shop" as she can adjust the whole family- infants to adults and everyone in between! Her staff is wonderful and very helpful when it comes to scheduling and billing! Thank you, Dr. Lauren and Revolution staff!!! read more

This business is a scam. Dr Lauren is ok but she doesn't treat you the same as her pregnant and pediatric patients. They charge you a ridiculous amount for not showing up to appointments even if you had an emergency. read more

TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! When I called the office to make my appointment I specifically asked if they took my insurance (one of the largest in the country) and was told they did so I adjusted my schedule and made an appointment. I was then sent three times paperwork to fill out which I did once electronically and received confirmation of receipt and also via hard copy which I took with me to their office. I was then asked to complete another set of forms which I pointed out to them I had already filled out and she had in her hands. My original paperwork again showed what insurance I had and I even brought with me a copy of my insurance coverage. After sitting for 20 minutes and being escorted to a back room I was told that they do not take my insurance but that I could pay them cash and seek reimbursement from my insurance. I immediately declined and left the office as I felt like this was a total scam and a waste of my time. I definitely would not recommend this chiropractic office. read more

I was lucky enough to hear about Dr. Lauren right as she was opening her own office a few years ago (my coworker actually won a free lunch for the office from revolution in exchange for an informative presentation about chiropractic care!) I was interested in Chiropractic care but always afraid of getting adjusted or that it would be too expensive. When she explained how it worked, and how fair her pricing was, I was intrigued. Then I learned that she specializes in prenatal care and children as well, and I was sold. I started going to Revolution before trying to get pregnant, then with my first pregnancy, and now my second! My husband also goes to the office, and my son has since birth! I've had significant improvement in my allergies, back pain, neck pain and headaches, as well as a pretty comfortable and easy first pregnancy (and so far another)! If you've ever been interested in learning about chiropractic care and giving it a try, this is definitely the best place to bring you and your family!!! read more
