Dr. Tom Is the Best!…read more I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because of the incredible results I've had with Dr. Tom. For years, I suffered from severe shoulder pain. It had gotten so bad that I woke up every morning in significant discomfort. I tried several chiropractors and even went through physical therapy, but nothing provided lasting relief. After noticing a sign outside Dr. Tom's office, I decided not to give up and gave one more provider a chance. Looking back, that decision changed my life. During my initial consultation, I was amazed by how quickly Dr. Tom identified the root cause of my problem and developed a plan to address it. For years, I couldn't sleep on my side--the position that felt most comfortable--because it would only make my pain worse. After receiving treatment and adjustments from Dr. Tom, I can now sleep comfortably through the night and finally rest on my side without pain. The difference has been remarkable. Thanks to Dr. Tom, I feel more rested and better than I have in the past 15 years. That's right--15 years of pain, and now I have little to no pain at all. Thank you, thank you, and THANK YOU, Dr. Tom! Your expertise and care have truly made a life-changing difference in my quality of life.

Their team is the sweetest and always very understanding. Even during times where my family couldn't afford the care they were willing to work with us. My journey started when I was a sophomore in high school and my back would burn all day from sitting at a desk. I also had a previous hip injury from volleyball, which was also causing issues. Following their plan, I visited twice a week, to weekly, to every two weeks, to monthly. I healed very fast with their care. At first, I was with Dr. Vin and then I was switched with Dr. B who was able to adjust my neck in a way that most chiropractors cannot. It is truly a God given gift and I am so blessed that she is able to work with my body the way that she is. However, when it came to the time where I barely felt like I needed to go monthly, I got in a car accident, and everything kind of "reset" but worse. Due to insurance and working with an attorney, I went to another chiropractic office for care after the accident. This was the worst mistake I could've made. The difference between Slainte and this other office was baffling. I felt like I was just a number and something they could suck dry for money with my case. When I was being adjusted there, it felt like they didn't even remember what I was there for and what my issues were, and it felt like I was being thrown around like a ragdoll. The time I was there, I did not heal and things seemed to get worse. After my case closed, I went back to Slainte Chiropractic and quickly saw results of healing more than I would've thought after months of being at this other office. I felt at peace there and truly cared for. I was reminded how patients are supposed to be treated being at Slainte. They actually work with my body and see where my body is at before I am adjusted. Now I am back down to monthly appointments and I'm feeling so relieved and hopeful! If you need a chiropractor, go to Slainte Chiropractic. They are Christian based and you can tell by walking in the door the amount of care and love that they have for their patients. But their amount of expertise is incredible, you will not be disappointed with your care.

This establishment is located off of US 1 and Hilden Rd in Ponte Vedra, FL. My call was answered by the very pleasant and professional Dasha. She answered all my questions and advised me that the first fee with / without insurance was $97. No problem, that's why I have an FSA account. I arrived early to fill out new client paperwork and was greeted by the very friendly, Dr. Adam. I was asked if I would like any refreshments. The environment is so relaxing, fun music is playing overhead and everyone was so friendly. When I completed my paperwork, I was greeted by the lovely Dr. Cruz. Together with Dasha, we proceeded into the treatment area where I was given a very detailed orientation to each of the treatment areas which included; * Wall of information - contains packets of particular conditions and how it affects your body. * Therapy room - Resistance bands and therapeutic balls on a chair to help stretch and loosen those problem areas before you get adjusted. * Ultrasound - They offer 3D / 4D images to expectant moms. * Massage tables that have a roller with adjustable pressure that moves up and down your spine. It was so relaxing, post adjustment. Dr. Cruz then had me come into a room with all the neat gadgets! My entire spine was scanned with two different devices. This allowed them to see where the problem areas are in my body and how stress affects me. This along with the x-rays helps them determine the best course of treatment for each of their patients. Very impressed. I was also impressed to find out that I have scoliosis. What?! I had been to two different chiropractors with x-rays and never told that information. This is probably why I continue to have problems with my back. I just assumed that 15 yrs in EMS and working in the medical field was the issue. I'm sure it didn't help. I was also instructed that there are different ways to adjust somebody who has that condition. My adjustment was performed by Dr. Adam and I felt so much better after the treatment. I'm was really impressed (I know, I use that word a lot) with the professionalism and the fact that they explain everything that they're doing and why. I'm a big advocate when it comes to educating your patients. It makes them feel more at ease with the care they are receiving. TWO THUMBS UP! I would also like to note that while I was waiting for my consultation, I was listening to the conversation next door between Dr. Adam and his patient. It was a very laid back interaction, but you could tell by the content that he was fully engaged. Dr. Adam and Dr. Cruz are professional in their approach and are open to any and all questions that you may have. Most importantly, they are fully invested in their patients care. What a great first impression and I look forward to my next visit!

So when I got pregnant again, I came to Dr Hugo to ensure I didn't suffer from the same pains. And it worked! I had a relatively easy pregnancy and delivery!! Plus the massages from Christy helped ease my tense and overworked muscles. My baby has been getting routine adjustments since he was a newborn. My first was terribly colicky as a baby due to birth trauma that was never addressed. But her brother never had any trouble! I believe the combination of getting regular adjustments during pregnancy and newborn adjustments after birth helped my baby transition easily into the new world. Now as a rambunctious toddler, those adjustments are important not only for immune boosting but also to correct any issues from the falls and spills he takes almost daily. His older sister sees Dr Hugo too because she is a very active 4yr old, running and tumbling around. Overall, seeing Dr Hugo and Dr Nicole has become an important part of keeping my family healthy and injury free! Thank you so much!!

I have to give praise when praise is due…read more Dr. Land was highly recommended so after going to a regular chiropractor for 2 months i decided I needed to see a chiropractor who specializes in ART ( Active Release Technique). A common practice that I went to in NJ for a large range of issue surrounding my back after my 2015 car accident. Dr. Land is a professional that is not about how much money he can make on a patient with non-essential visits. His assessment was 1 hour long and he carefully examined, asked questions, and tested my complaints. What I though was from the back, turned out after an mri yes an L4/L5 pinched nerve and extremely tight hip flexors that Dr. land worked on first. He told me 5/6 visits and he would have me back to new and feeling good. ( I could not bend, flex, sit, sleep, sneeze drive, get in or out of my car without muscle spasms. This was the worst pain I have ever experienced, it actually made me depressed and brought on tears ) into my 3 visit I started to experience positive results. Buy the 5th visit I felt amazingly well. My hip flexors where loosening up , however it wasn't the underlying problem. A pinched nerve was the root and a stubborn one it was. A 6 th visit with an mri was necessary. Dr. Land called me the same day of the mri confirming the diagnosis. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me explaining at home exercises to get the nerve to a place where it wasn't aggravating me. Like I said Dr. land is not about sucking a patient dry. He truly cares for his patients and even recommend a inversion machine to help stretch my back which I found on the FB market place for $25. Today I am able to sit, stand, get in and out of my car, drive, play pickle ball, ride my bike, you name it I'm doing it. Improving every day. The staff is amazing also. Veronica is helpful and professional. She really shows she enjoys her job and is always accommodating. If you have any questions you may want to ask me about Dr. land please drop me a comment. He truly is a miracle worker and I would recommend him to my friends and definitely my family. I didn't not go through insurance. First visit with assessment and treatment is $163, each additional treatments are $71. If you have to think about your happiness and quality of life, these prices are just peanuts. You will thank yourself for seeking treatment with Dr. land and wish you had done it earlier. Thank you to Land Chiropractic.
