Their team is the sweetest and always very understanding. Even during times where my family couldn't afford the care they were willing to work with us. My journey started when I was a sophomore in high school and my back would burn all day from sitting at a desk. I also had a previous hip injury from volleyball, which was also causing issues. Following their plan, I visited twice a week, to weekly, to every two weeks, to monthly. I healed very fast with their care. At first, I was with Dr. Vin and then I was switched with Dr. B who was able to adjust my neck in a way that most chiropractors cannot. It is truly a God given gift and I am so blessed that she is able to work with my body the way that she is. However, when it came to the time where I barely felt like I needed to go monthly, I got in a car accident, and everything kind of "reset" but worse. Due to insurance and working with an attorney, I went to another chiropractic office for care after the accident. This was the worst mistake I could've made. The difference between Slainte and this other office was baffling. I felt like I was just a number and something they could suck dry for money with my case. When I was being adjusted there, it felt like they didn't even remember what I was there for and what my issues were, and it felt like I was being thrown around like a ragdoll. The time I was there, I did not heal and things seemed to get worse. After my case closed, I went back to Slainte Chiropractic and quickly saw results of healing more than I would've thought after months of being at this other office. I felt at peace there and truly cared for. I was reminded how patients are supposed to be treated being at Slainte. They actually work with my body and see where my body is at before I am adjusted. Now I am back down to monthly appointments and I'm feeling so relieved and hopeful! If you need a chiropractor, go to Slainte Chiropractic. I found myself needing chiropractic care after childbirth and I was put on a full year adjustment plan with Dr. Gibson. I initially had no complaints but 2 weeks out from my "graduation" of said plan, I developed nerve pain that was not part of my original problem. While I did enjoy working with Dr. Gibson, my concerns about the new nerve pain were never rectified and the prices skyrocketed to an amount I could no longer afford. While they do offer in office X-rays and spinal decompression, this was about the only difference when deciding to go with a larger chain like The Joint at a more affordable rate.

I was very clear about pre-existing neurological problems. The quality of care and concern was lacking and it's all about money for this office. On my 12th visit I told the doctor something really hurt, but he continued and then when it was excruciating he was dismissive and told me to calm down he could see a PTSD reaction. The first visit the staff had told me a specific co-pay, but were not up front about additional charges. After the 12 visits they erroneously said my insurance only covers 12. Insurance will cover, they didn't want to deal with it. They have left me with more severe injuries than I started. I've been bedridden and a prisoner of my house for over a month due to injuries I sustained there. The front office staff is friendly. One star is being gracious.
