Appointment making was fairly easy and straight forward. I called in and was able to choose my date and time. For my first visit, I saw Dr. Vish who actually saw evidence of the broken bone in my back and suggested deeper scans. I returned a handful of times afterwards and saw Dr. Vish. He was polite, straight-forward, and the adjustments felt good. My interactions with Dr. Nguyen were different. He came across like a used car salesman always trying to upsell me. Essentially my visits were out-of-pocket as I waited for insurance to pay me back. The bills were never what was communicated to me in the office and it became clear to me that while I liked Dr. Vish, I could not continue to visit because of Dr. Nguyen.
