Wow. That's all I can say…read more I took my car to get detailed here. I try to keep it clean but armor all wipes and vacuum can only take it so far. The nooks and crannies were all but impossible to get to with your standard car wash vacuum. In addition, the roof was also stained and whatever I tried I couldn't get it cleaned. To top it off, my driver's side headlight basically looked as if it had a cataract in comparison to the passenger side one. I came back and the car looked practically new! Even the headlight came out looking basically new. The interior was amazing. They didn't skimp out on the details. You can tell that the owner here, Dallas, has an eye for detail and takes pride in his work which is a quintessential trait in a small business leader. I was thoroughly impressed. Highly recommend this place.

I feel like I have a new car!…read more My poor 2015 Mini Cooper had been neglected for a while. Sure, I kept her mostly free of trash, but she needed some intense attention. After much research, I felt Auto Detailing Solutions was the right fit for my needs, the Diamond detail package in particular, since it had been a long, long time since my past detailing. Josh arrived and got right to work on my little beast. Mini coopers have lots of little crevices, knobs, and details and Josh paid full attention to each and every one of them. The plastic inside looks (dang near) new. The exterior trim, long ago faded by the harsh Florida sun, once again a beautiful deep black. Every surface is sparking and shining, and I am thrilled with the result. I look forward to future details, and perhaps add window tint and a bit of vinyl where I have some peeling. These guys put the attention to detail in auto detailing!

When I arrived, I was told that oil changes are only performed in between servicing other vehicles, so there was no guarantee of when my car would be worked on. There was also no waiting area and no shuttle or courtesy ride available. As a result, I had to leave without getting the service and wasted my morning. If appointments for oil changes aren't truly scheduled, that should be communicated before customers arrive. Time is valuable, and I would have appreciated accurate expectations so I could have made other arrangements.

I found this business through a Facebook advertisement because they had same-day availability,…read morewhich worked well with my schedule. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The team arrived later than expected, and I already had another appointment scheduled. Because of the delay, I even offered to change my appointment and attend it virtually from home so they would have more time if needed. Instead, I was told the vehicle was finished and ready to go, so I trusted that the detailing had been completed properly and left without performing a detailed inspection. Once I got home and had the opportunity to carefully inspect the vehicle, I found numerous areas that had clearly been missed. There was still dust throughout the interior, debris and even food underneath the seats, multiple crevices had not been cleaned, a toy was still under the seat after I had specifically pointed it out during the service, and the wheels appeared to have only been cleaned superficially. This was supposed to be a full interior and exterior detail. I immediately documented everything with photos and contacted the business the very same day. After reviewing my photos, the business agreed to return and correct the issues. Unfortunately, that's when the experience became even more frustrating. Multiple follow-up appointments were scheduled. One was confirmed for 8:00 AM, but no one showed up and there was no communication. I repeatedly tried to reach the business through private messages, phone calls, and even their booking assistant because I genuinely wanted to resolve everything privately. When I couldn't get a response, I left a few public comments simply trying to get someone's attention. As soon as I finally received a response and was told the follow-up would be completed, I stopped posting and continued communicating directly. Referring to that as an "ongoing public campaign" is simply not accurate. I understand that emergencies happen, and I genuinely sympathize with unexpected situations. However, the explanation I later received did not explain why the previously confirmed appointment had already been missed without any communication. What disappointed me most is that after reviewing my photos and agreeing to return to correct the missed areas, the business ultimately withdrew its agreement to complete the follow-up and did not provide any refund. I paid in full, relied on their promise to make it right, rearranged my schedule multiple times, and was ultimately left without either the agreed correction or a refund. The photos speak for themselves. They were taken immediately after the service, before the vehicle was used again, and clearly show why I requested a follow-up. I encourage anyone considering this business to review them carefully and make their own assessment. Every business can make mistakes. What truly defines a business is how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, that was the most disappointing part of my experience. I gave the business every opportunity to make things right, but in the end, they chose not to honor the commitment they had already made.

Absolutely terrible experience with Mi Pana Window Tinting…read more These guys were referred to me by Top Dog Mobile Detailing South, so I expected professional work and good customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was shockingly bad and completely amateur. Immediately after the windshield tint was installed, there were two large bubbles in the film. They returned the same day to fix those bubbles, but that was only the beginning of the problems. Afterward, I noticed severe visual distortions throughout the windshield tint, distortion on the front passenger window, and even a small scratch on the windshield itself. The windshield became distracting and uncomfortable to look through while driving. The overall tint job looked rushed and unprofessional. I have had multiple vehicles tinted and ceramic coated over the years, and this was by far the worst money I have ever spent on any tinting or ceramic coating service. The workmanship was nowhere near professional quality. The windshield tint especially looked like an amateur installation rather than work done by an experienced company. When I contacted them about the distortions, I was told they would "go away in about a week" and that I should not park the car in the sun for at least four hours after installation. Nearly a week later, the distortions were still there, so I reached out again. Instead of taking responsibility, I was brushed off and told they had other appointments and would "get to it when they can." The following day I asked for an actual timeframe so I could make myself available, and without any notice they suddenly texted saying they were already a few minutes away from my house. I was over two hours away at work because no appointment or time had ever been scheduled. At that point the owner completely changed his attitude and started blaming me for their defective work. He falsely claimed I caused the problem by moving the vehicle too early and not following instructions. That is completely false, and I have video footage proving the car was never moved during the required period. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to lie, deflect blame, and argue with the customer. To make matters worse, they then told me to personally remove all of the windshield tint myself, record a video of it, and only then would they consider giving me a refund. That is one of the most unprofessional responses I have ever received from a business. Mistakes can happen with any tint job. What matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Mi Pana Window Tinting showed poor workmanship, amateur installation quality, zero accountability, dishonesty, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value your vehicle or expect professional-quality work.
