My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that. It was pretty expensive, but it seems like all the detail services are. Not something I would do all the time, but for getting my car in great shape I'll definitely call 5 Star again.

He had our address for 5 days and couldn't check? He confirmed our appointment before checking if he could even service us? We found him on yelp because he services our area... Further, he didn't reply to text messages or phone calls with an explanation. We have people coming into town that we need to take around in our vehicles. Canceling 30 minutes before an appointment with no recourse is insufficient for how to run a reliable business.
