It has now been 20 days, and I have still not received a single phone call, email, or message to schedule my appointment. I firmly believe that the way a business does anything is how they do everything. If a medical spa cannot manage to follow up with a prospective new client trying to book a procedure, it raises a massive red flag. It makes me seriously question what would happen if I actually went through with a treatment here, had an urgent post-procedure question or complication, and suddenly couldn't get a hold of anyone for answers. Communication is everything when it comes to aesthetic procedures, and failing at the very first step is not a good sign.

They addressed another client who came in after me, but not me, really?! And called her in before me. The receptionist said we both had the same appt at 3:30, but she came in at 3:40, so why did she get a pass about being rescheduled. Then the receptionist had the audacity to apologize to another client because of the issue I was having. And after I addressed my concerns, she asked if I wanted to reschedule, ummm..I did not take my daughter out of school, drive in traffic for 40 mins, wait 30 mins to not be seen. Unprofessional! The receptionists and owners need better customer service skills. Again, I wouldn't have been this upset if they told me from the get go, that they were running behind and kept me updated, or hell even did a courtesy call asking that I come in a little later. But sitting there for 25 mins wondering wth, and having to go to the back to look for someone to speak to, is unacceptable. Both my aesthetician were good, they deserve 5 stars.
