Oh, how I love me a Vara Juice! This was actually the first location I ever tried, and it got me…read morehooked. The juice is fresh, flavorful, and always hits the spot. The staff here is super nice, and the inside is clean and inviting. BUT--let's talk about the parking situation. It's rough. This location is constantly busy due to it being in a strip mall, and to make it even trickier, it's on a one-way street. If you're coming from Ford Road onto Greenfield, making a turnaround is a nightmare. You either have to do a risky U-turn or turn onto a side street after passing the building completely. Honestly, I do think the juice is worth the hassle but...I recently discovered another Vara Juice location that's way easier to access, and I might just drive the extra few minutes for the convenience. Still, this one will always have a special place in my heart since it's where I fell in love with Vara juice.

Note: the prices here are a bit steep, the juices, smoothies are good but rather pricey.

The fruit platter was nicely done, half the mango was cubed and still in the skins, that was left behind since it wasn't already loose in pieces on the platter. The kiwi looked good, but still in the skins and there were only forks for the team. Next time, want to try one of their açaí fruit bowls. The fruit was all good that I consumed.

Dearborn Nutrition has a really incredible selection of exciting drinks, formulated with vitamins,…read moreprotein, antioxidants, etc. They have refreshing, colorful, hand blended sports and health beverages for kids and adults alike. I opted for the watermelon cucumber cooler- it tasted bright and sour, like a watermelon jolly rancher. Inside is collagen, aloe, caffeine, and more, but you'd never guess! I'd say the price point is competitive and probably right for the size of the drink- it's more generous than other locations without sacrificing quality. That earns them that fifth star in my book. Inside they have a few tables and chairs. The decor is pretty bleak- these juice bars are starting to get a little cookie cutter in Dearborn. I also thought the walls could use a wipe down and some touching up. Nevertheless, the menu had so many unique and intriguing choices that it more than compensated for the rather boring interior. This is an excellent place to walk in, hear some chill tunes while waiting, then dip out with custom cold concoctions. Service was speedy and polite! I'll be back here more than once for sure. Chill location, good service, good products. Check, check, check!

I had walked and run for about 30 minutes to get there and was visibly sweaty when I arrived. If you stop serving customers before 5:00 PM, then your hours should reflect that. Closing at 5:00 PM should mean customers can still place orders until 5:00 PM. I was only ordering a drink, which takes very little time to make. I understand businesses need time to clean and close, but customers shouldn't be turned away before the posted closing time. After this happening more than once, it's very disappointing and makes me reconsider coming back.

My favorite is the original vara juice it's a whole layered experience. It starts with coconut at the bottom, then strawberry, followed by--you're going to think it sounds weird--avocado.
