She is so sweet and friendly. I love when she's in when I visit. The best part about this membership is: even if you get busy one month and don't make it, your unused service rolls over. Sometimes if I get too racked up, I let my husband use a pass! Many perks to this business. Love it!

My masseuse as Marlene and she was very professional and made me feel comfortable. After checking in for my appointment I was taken to a nice "locker room" type situation for lack of better words. You can claim a locker to place your belongings and then change into a robe and sandals provided for you. The room was dim and warm with a changing room, bathroom, and shower. Then you go to a waiting area with heated neck pillows where you wait to be called back. Marlene did an excellent job with my massage and I felt very relaxed. The tension is greatly relieved in my back. I will definitely be back!

I've had many massages over the years, and am very particular about quality (or I regret it when…read morethe pain comes after). I had a face & neck massage from Rose this week & she's literally better than anyone I've ever had. She is highly skilled, and really found all the knots and removed them much more effectively than I could even imagine. I usually only let one masseuse do neck-work because it's so delicate, but I trust Dr Perry's judgement so I decided to give Rose a try... absolute perfection!! Usually after a deep-pressure massage, I'm a bit sore, but not this time. It was an odd sensation to not have pain/tension and I kept moving my head around for days just enjoying it. I've already booked another appointment for myself, my husband, and mother. They book morning appointments out a few days, and late afternoon appointments book out at least a week. It's also a fantastic value, as we've been paying twice the cost for our prior masseuse (and had to drive downtown).

But trust me this was my favorite part! I will be back. Next time I'm trying the body scrub it looked amazing! Cons: Don't expect a bougie spa no frills, but still worth it. -More direction or guidance on the facilities. A hand out or mini tour -I would add more drinking water throughout the spa -Update massage rooms with new linens -use signs to label the treatment rooms -When you sit in the baths I would prefer to be more submerged vs only the mid to lower part of your body. -add benches in treatment rooms for those with disabilities -Treatment rooms and massage are should smell like a spa vs food from their restaurant. In San Antonio for business and had some free time to relax. After experiencing another bad experience with an establishment prior to stopping into Foot Garden, I decided I'd just take what I could get. Bad move... for the prices, go somewhere that, while slightly more expensive, will likely give you a better quality experience. I chose/paid for a Deep Tissue massage and was basically given a Swedish style massage. Even after requesting more pressure and focus in some stress areas, my therapist just continued as they wanted and didn't really accommodate my requests. Also, they will charge you extra for using credit cards for payment FYI.
