They were all super friendly and took the time to explain everything, though this wasn't my first removal, so I didn't have as many questions as most might. I've had 13 sessions already prior to coming here, both picosure and revlite and, sad to say, I had a very bad experience at my last place. It might be too early to say this, but after one night, I'm already seeing bare spots, pretty crazy as after 13 prior sessions, I still did not have an actual bare spot, just spots that are lighter in color. Currently she is horrified with the cut to the point of being in tears. The stylist did call to apologize but what does that do at the end of the day? Now we have to wait until December for this cut to grow out. Maybe next time the stylist should demonstrate one more time in the front where they are going to cut and be cautious (maybe cut below slightly?) -- I think it is easier to remove hair than cut it way too short.
