I arrived an early and was greeted and was able to be taken in right away. I usually go for a more natural/hybrid look, but I am leaving for vacation so decided on a volume look. I have had volume lashes done once and it took over 2 hours, my experience here was probably about 1.5 hours but the work wasn't rushed by any means. I am in love with my lashes. I went with a cat eye 14,15,16 with a C-curl. After the appointment I was given a lash care kit and a stamp card for future visits. If you check in via the Yelp app, there is an offer of $50 off for new clients.

Found this place on Yelp and was actually able to book the last appointment - same day! That never happens. Chloe greeted me and walked me through everything . She is such a sweetheart! It is clean, and cute in here. AND VERY decently priced compared to other local lash places. I left very pleased. I got the 3D hybrid set length12,13,14 and first time customers are 50% off which I was shocked about when she told me at checkout! I am looking fwd to my next visit . These lashes are just soo friggin soft!!! Sheesh! Ok so while I was writing this review I realized that she does brows tooo so I literally walked back upstairs and asked if she could squeeze me in for brows and she did! Now my brows are very complicated . My right brow is significantly shorter than my left so not many ppl can get the shape right and once again she delivered! She took her time and still had me in and out of there in maybe around 20 minutes . She showed me where my hair was growing back in and how I should use the pencil ! I'm happy to spend $10 on greatly shaped brows as opposed to $50+ in other local spots that don't take as much care Chloe is literally the homie for life now! Seriously (brows aren't pictured ...maybe next time)

I requested that she cut my then chin length hair to be even all around. It was still longer in the back than the sides. I went back to her and requested that she trim the back to match the sides and to leave the sides alone To make a long story short, she completely chopped off the back of my hair so that it's maybe an inch long and cut to the top of my neck. Before I could complain, she lopped off the sides, This is not at all what I requested. I will not go back since the operator did not listen to what I wanted either time I was there nor will I ever recommend them. If I could give them no stars, I would.

I stopped a few minutes to help her. When I was on Merrick Rd at 8:18 - see photo I called to say I was going to be few minutes late GPS said I was two minutes away . Before I could even speak I was told I couldn't get nails and pedicure since I was late. At 8:21 only 3 minutes later - I walked in frazzled and upset I was late and almost already in tears -- it is hard for me to cut of time for myself. I prob came off as rude- didnt say hello when I walked in and abruptly stated it was only six minutes. She kept telling me how she left her two kids home and came in for me. I had to get someone to sit with my husband to try to do this. I bought a certificate on yelp - figured let me use that get nails done and figure out pedicure later. With all the back and forth is was getting later - and she kept saying it it now 8:26 now 8:27 I said just do my nails so I can use certificate - she refused to service me . I wanted her to refund the certificate -- told me to get out and threatened to call police!! Now I am so upset and on border on a melt down. I couldnt refuse to take 5 minutes to help my neighbor - I could have said good morning when I walked in. I could have and would have left earlier if I knew my neighbor needed me for a few minutes. Now I am out $40 and didnt get my nails done and have to figure out a plan to find an hour or so to do it at future date. We were both upset but six minutes is hardly a big deal. and I called when I was 3 minutes late. I left my water bottle in shop - after I drove a very short distance - parked and walked back to store. Door was locked - knocked on door a bunch of times then at 8:29 called .

I wasn't greeted with a hello or how are you I was scolded for being "late" bc the owner who again is obviously incompetent and also a huge bitch told her I had an 1145 apt.
