I was told that a manager would call me back, and there would be a $25 fee to cancel the pass. Not only was the pass not canceled, but NO ONE called! Bad experience overall with scars to remember it by. Stay away!! Update: I did contact the establishment again and was told they would follow-up with me, it's been 2 weeks.
