I met Pam, and on the spot, knew she was the right person to work with. Pam asked all the right questions and listened to what we wanted in our dream home. She completely understood our vision, thought of every little detail, and didn't overlook any aspect of the project that we felt was important. The level of detail and thoroughness when it came to how the spaces were designed really showed Pam and Erwin's level of expertise. Pam and Erwin had our dreams, vision, and best interest in mind. From the initial space planning for the kitchen and master bathroom, the layout of slabs, tile and cabinetry, selection of all the finish materials, colors, fixtures and hardware, they were very professional to work with. Details matter to us, and their attention to detail is apparent in our finished home. They referred excellent vendors and suggested the best, high end and quality finishes and materials. Most importantly, Pam and Erwin's work ethics are unbeatable, and they made sure we got everything we wanted on our checklist. From start to finish, the design process went smoothly, and the meetings and discussions were fun and productive. We gave them the creative freedom and trusted their design process and vision and our kitchen and bathroom remodel designs are masterpieces. We were so pleased with the quality of their work that we asked for Pam's help to furnish our house. Every room was beautifully designed with an understated sense of elegance and in tune with the architecture and surroundings. Pam's sense of style and her vision has positively impacted our quality of life as we enjoy her work every day. We are very grateful that we were able to work with Pam and Erwin. Our house would have not been the same without their creativity and vision.

She insisted on working with her 'team'. Mind you this is a former Google employee who has no formal training in design and fewer interpersonal skills. I've had better service at the USPS than with UD. In her response below she attempts to imply UD turned me down. The reality is she forced the issue of working with her contractor. Duh, who is footing the bill here Pamela? My contractor recommended the architect who recommended UD; and you attempt to commandeer the entire process by forcing the removal of the client's contractor? Recommendation: Avoid. We hired her a few years ago when my wife wanted help selecting paint colors for 4 bedrooms, living room, and hallways. It was just a small job and I wasn't sure we needed help for such a task. What a difference it makes having a designer help! She walked through each room, got a good sense of us, the function of each space, and what furnishings (designs/colors) needed matching. The end result was great. So when it was time to remodel both the master and hall bathrooms a couple years layer, we had her consult at our house, and then at a couple of stores. We met at a tile store to look through and select everything. She helps de-sress the design decisions (my wife and I joke that she saves marriages by being the design intermediary). She also went with us to pick out cabinets at one of her"go-to" stores that has budget pricing with better quality and options than the big box stores. We opted to have her do design drawings of the tile layouts...do that!! I had thought about saving the money and doing it with my own CAD software. Her drawings have been invaluable in communicating with the tile installer. We're doing our kitchen in the near future and will count on her for guidance. A very satisfied customer, Tom

I was putting a team together that was going to redo an outdated 1,014 sq foot 2 bed 2 bath condo in South Austin that I was in the process of purchasing while still living in Michigan. I needed someone who I could trust that could handle the job of researching, presenting and ultimately recommending all the pieces and parts to guts this place and start over.. this included color schemes, tile, carpet, hard wood, bedding, couches, floor layout, furniture, cabinetry, lighting, media cabinet design and even home decorations. Eliana hit the streets and canvassed Lowe's, Home Depot and other physical storefronts as well as multiple internet retailers to provide options with pictures and suggestions for each and every item on the list, all while keeping my budget in mind. She laid out an attack plan and together we proceeded step by step until the list was done. This made my life much, much easier! It's plain and simple...I could never have gotten this place, I now call home and get tons of compliments on, to where it is without her. The icing on the cake is that she was a joy to work with, very patient, genuine, experienced, talented and a truly good person, wife, mother and friend. She will be an asset to you and I highly recommend her. THANK YOU ENVISION INTERIORS!!

From the start, she is a professional at follow-up, doing what she says she is going to do, and availability via phone, text, or email. At one point, after the painter had started, I wanted to add another color to one of our living room walls. I called Eliana and she immediately gave me three wonderful color options to choose from. I had never worked with a designer before and wanted to hire someone who was creative, yet would respect my aesthetic. Eliana was a great fit for me, because she is very artistic, yet respectful of my style. She had so many great suggestions, and the occasional idea that I did not agree with was no problem for her. She moved right on with another great idea! No way could I pick out the paint colors that she did! The colors work together so well, and complement our furniture and wall coverings. Eliana very carefully paired the paint colors with our current furnishings. I often appreciated her respect for our budget by working with what we have whenever possible. After our meetings, she sent me "to-do lists", detailing what we had talked about doing for the house, along with suggestions about where to shop for future purchases. I have referred to these lists many times to help stay on track. Our home is coming along beautifully, thanks to Eliana. In the Spring, we hope to paint the exterior, plus do some other outdoor updates, and I look forward to working with Eliana again!

Patti was absolutely fantastic - for the initial consult, she had photos of various window treatments and samples of materials, and helped us choose the right blinds for our house that we enjoyed for years. So when it was time to do some upgrades and replacements, of course we went back to Patti again. Everything was as smooth as it was the first time around, if not better. Patti still had records and measurements for our windows which made re-ordering the blinds a breeze. She was also able to get a large top down bottom up blind that failed replaced on warranty. That saved us enough money to get motorized blinds for our big patio doors that I really wanted and still come in under budget. Completely unexpected and very much appreciated! Install was great: no issues, no problems, quick and easy. Everything was on time, coordinated, fit where it needed to go, and Steve (the installer) was simply the best - considerate, careful, and professional. Highly recommended - our house looks beautiful!

Majo and Hellen guided us every step of the way, helping us shape our Modern Spanish aesthetic while creating a detailed design plan for our contractor. With both of us working full-time, their expertise saved us countless hours and headaches. One of the biggest renovation challenges is dealing with overwhelming choices. Design Loft curated a few perfect options for everything--paint colors, light fixtures, cabinets, tiles--allowing us to make decisions efficiently while staying true to our vision. Their value went far beyond aesthetics. They caught several contractor mistakes that could have caused major issues and connected us to great vendors that helped us find the best deals. Here's something important: without a skilled designer, contractors often take the easiest route rather than creating the high-end look you're envisioning. At times we questioned our choices, but trust the process! Everything came together beautifully, and we couldn't be happier with the result. If you're planning a renovation, working with Design Loft is a no-brainer. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to create designs perfectly tailored to your taste make them invaluable. Highly recommend Majo, Hellen, and the entire team!

So cool to see it go from a design to reality! I would totally recommend Design Loft to anyone looking to design something special! Let them make your vision even better and transform it to reality.

The owner, Aida, then reached out and asked for more details about our needs, which I provided. After that, communication stopped. We were told she was dealing with family matters and might be slow to respond, which we completely understood. Icy later explained that they needed to wait until the drywall was up before moving forward. We understood, but we wish this had been communicated earlier, as we spent quite a bit of time preparing detailed information before learning that we would need to wait. In the meantime, we contacted other blinds companies, and they were happy to provide preliminary quotes and measurements and were much more responsive. By the time our drywall was completed, we had decided to move forward with another company. I'm giving 2 stars because Icy was responsive at the beginning, but overall, the experience was disappointing. Their other reviews are very positive, so perhaps we just had an unfortunate experience. We ultimately chose another shade company that was more flexible, responsive, and willing to work with us.
