Long story short, title max took my car and I had 10 days to claim it back....through an absolute miracle from God I was able to get the amount that Title Max told me would settle the loan and here's where the problem is......I had until 7pm Wednesday to pay this loan and I paid Title Max at 6:45 pm once I went into this office and paid them, they DID NOT call or email the auction place where my car was due to be sold at 9am Thursday morning. When I called the auction place to schedule a time to retrieve my vehicle the next morning, the sale of my car was luckily stopped but they had NOT BEEN NOTIFIED BY TITLE MAX. The auction place informed me that IT IS TITLE MAX'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND NOTIFICATION OF PAYMENT. Jeff, the manager of this Title Max office, said "oh we were going to get to that at some point today"... some point today? are you kidding me??? This office is run by a rude and incompetent individual. I had made offers to bring the office some money previously in order to postpone the sale, they refused my offer. I am not excusing my actions but once I got that loan paid in full, this office was completely ignorant and didn't uphold their responsibility to notify the auction company and I was told by the auction company that I am not the first person this Title Max office has done this to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AT ALL.

After playing phone tag with my former employer for well over an hour, she was able to get verification of the check but no thanks to my former employer. I've never experienced such dedication, excellent customer service and a joyous attitude in my life. Chassidy is the standard that other companies need to model their employees after. Today (1/7/16) was my first time visiting this location and most likely my last. This isn't my…read morecurrent to go location but I had decided to stop here since I had to get some groceries at dierbergs. I first walked in and everything looked very organized and clean, how most banks are suppose to look. I saw a lady (her name is Debora Walker) talking to a guy (I assume her husband) I needed to make a deposit but didn't have my account number on me. Truthfully, I never do, they're always able to pull my information up using my licenses. I gave her my licenses and she asked for my ssn. I said to her "am I not showing up in the system"? She made the comment "there's too many people with your last name and you have too many names. There's something with spaces and hyphens in names that make it hard to find names". I'm thinking to myself. Umm ok. My name isn't that long, there are other ppl that have way longer. I can agree that my name is common. My name doesn't have any hyphens and I hope everyone has a space between the their first, middle, and last name. I didn't say that to her but it was what I was thinking while she was writing all my information down for the deposit. So then she said to me "your name should be shorten"! And I replied to her telling her that it's my giving name that's what my parents named me. And she said something after that but I didn't bother to listen to her anymore. She was very rude from the beginning. There was another teller that was just watching her and I can tell by the look on that tellers face that she knew Debora was being rude. Debora gave me my receipt and she said have a good day, I replied and told her I HOPE you have a good day. Funny thing is that my name is not as long as hers so I don't know what her deal was. As I left, I saw the guy come back to talk to her. Again assuming it was her husband. I went to go do some grocery shopping and as I was checking out, I walked by and saw him still there standing and chit chatting with her (40 mins later). Ok, you can talk to your husband, brother, bf, whatever he was to you all you want. And it's good that you stopped talking to him whenever I showed up but you didn't have to be rude to me. It's not like I wanted to intrude on your conversation. Btw: How the heck did you survive 5 years at first bank with horrible customer service? Yes, I saw your little certificate. Overall, I would avoid this location. I'm sure the other tellers and associate are nice but I just bumped into a rude one. If Debora Walker is there, please avoid her and you'll thank me later.

If your going to use a computer program, beware nothing beats an expert. The accountants here know their job and know how to maximize your refund. Recommend you set up an appointment so you can be one on one for a hour. If you have certain areas you want to deduct make sure you ask like investments, school expenses or car expenses.

At 6:22 the "tax professional" who performed my taxes came out to apologize, said he was wrapping up and it would be about 5 more minutes. That was 9 minutes later -- we were finally called... That is when this horrible review turned into a good one. Charles was awesome and professional. He got us out in less than hour. We paid less than last year, got a bigger refund, and this location include Peach of Mind insurance at no extra cost! Thanks!
