My wife and I both were left with hypopigmentation, hyperpigmentation, minimum tattoo removal results and burn marks/scarring which I will post photos of. After the failed results Tony offered two treatments to "fix" the botched results. The treatments recommended and administered by his establishment, including a recommended intake of 35,000 IU of Vitamin D daily and 308nm light therapy, were inappropriate and exacerbated the damage to our skin. Specifically, the high level of Vitamin D which we approached our doctor about was an inappropriate form of treatment and could have led us to Vitamin D toxicity and hospitalization. I have saved screenshots of all of these conversations. The 308nm light therapy device given to us was a medically indicated device only and needs to be administered in-office by qualified professionals who can determine safe dosage, conduct photosensitivity testing and monitor for adverse reactions. He just handed it to us to use and we trusted him which was a huge mistake! As a result of using the 308nm device, we incurred even more burns and physical harm to the tattooed areas on our skin. Additionally, he engaged in excessive conversation during our sessions, which were initially scheduled for 30 minutes but instead got extended to an hour and a half. Despite our mentions that we had somewhere else to be afterwards, he persisted in talking and taking his time to just talk about a bunch of topics unrelated. We arrived prepared with our own lidocaine applied, eliminating any justification for that. His constant talking caused him to become distracted, resulting in him forgetting to get a part of the tattoo. I will provide photographs to illustrate this oversight. Despite the severity of the adverse effects, Tony Willoughby/Tatt Cemetery has not taken responsibility for the harm caused to us. He has just walked away with our money and left us with botched results! There are so many more details I could share and I have proof and photos of everything. Conducting business like this is unacceptable and just getting to walk away with our money and leaving us with terrible results that we have to come out of pocket to fix from his services is just wrong. His almost full 5 stars rating is from 5 stars reviews given from initial experiences with him which don't state end results or completed experiences. Honestly that was one of the reasons we chose him because of his rating, it was a huge mistake! If I could leave 0 stars I would!

Which has never been a problem before. My prescriptions had completely ran out and I need at least a re-up on my Dexcom monitoring device, which has nothing to do with my blood sugars other than monitoring. The nurse told me I have to be seen with bloodwork done. I told her I am in debt with LabCorp and I couldn't afford bloodwork at this moment. I just need sensors prescription re-up that will give me time to pay off LabCorp and get blood work done so they can assess my insulin needs. I've always understood the protocol and I don't have a problem with it. With even the fact that I am in a hardship situation financially she still would not do the prescription or talk to anybody about it. I have never been retreated so coldly and rudely to have a protocol put above my life. I would've even have taken a sample but no, I guess it's either get your blood work done or die. So I hope anybody reading this understands what they're getting themselves into when they go to this doctor's office. Dr. offices are supposed to help people not make things worse. I've always been a good patient for them and now it seems I am not.
