James let us know ahead of time that halfway through the ceremony he moves to the side so that it will only be the couple in the first kiss pictures. She met with us shortly after our engagement and after we had set a date - walked us through what a few of her ceremonies had "looked like" as well as offer the things that would make it more personal for my then-fiance' and I. What I really enjoyed about Sarah's process was that she helped us figure out what kind of ceremony we wanted (we are both religious, but opted out of getting married through the church) so we decided on a partially religious ceremony that included a welcome, a dedication from our friends and family to support our marriage, a poem read by my cousin, our own written vows, ring exchange, and because we grew up near the sea, she incorporated a special and custom Nautical/Sailor's Knot tying ceremony...which everyone LOVED. For the rehearsal and actual ceremony, she was friendly and helpful with our bridal party and family as well as accommodating when we made a last-minute change. After we got hitched, she took our marriage license and got it to the state within the week and within 2 weeks we got our official returned license! Her personality is magnetic and you feel so comfortable around her instantly. I knew I would be nervous in those moments and her up there with me would make the world of difference. After booking, she sends you about 9 different vow options to choose from and you can customize and pick parts from different ones. It helped me as I had no clue what I wanted her to say. I customized some parts and asked her if she could include my fiance's son in some of it, saying we are becoming a family, not just husband and wife.
