The office is beautiful. The ladies are beautiful and nice! Had Annie do my xeomin on Wednesday (cheaper option for Botox, but just the same!). She was phenomenal. Explained the process well, was personable, and was quick and efficient. I work next door and she dId it on my lunch break. Went back and had no bruising. On day three and it's seriously just the best. Definitely going back for more procedures. They're running a special on fillers right now and my co worker got lip injections and they.are.amazing. Highly recommend this place. I had nothing but the greatest experience with them, never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointments, staff is extremely polite, friendly and professional. Originally I came to Revenge MD for their weight loss program and that's how I met Betty, who is absolutely wonderful at what she does. I am a single mom with a full time job and their schedule wasn't working with mine unfortunately BUT Betty told me it was ok to come in 30 minutes before they open for my weekly B12 shot so I wouldn't be late for work. The office manager, Allan, was extremely friendly. The facility was so clean, and I felt safe from Covid-19 contamination. I love the decor of the facility, the front desk staff was amazing. Honestly...I didn't meet one person in the office who wasn't friendly, welcoming, personable, and helpful. Even the front desk professional (I hate I can't remember her name) came into my room to chat with me while I took a break from injections. The facility happily provided some apple juice during my break to help me get to the finish line. I strongly suggest anyone who is afraid/worried about injections to start at this location. RN Lyn was absolutely amazing! This was my first visit, and quite honestly I was so nervous. I have wanted to try xeomin injections, but have a terrible passing out problem from needles. Lyn was so calming and patient with me. She went at the pace I needed to go, and never made me feel bad about needing a few seconds/minutes between injections. She grabbed some before photos to track my progress, and marked the places for administering xeomin precisely. All of this was new to me, and I had zero ideas of what to expect from a visit. I am very grateful to have had Lyn for my first experience. It takes a few days for the results to really start to show, and so far I am extremely happy with them. I was worried I would look like a frozen face, and that is definitely not the case. Wanted to like this spot as it was recommended to me by a few co-workers. The staff here is unprofessional and catty. Left me waiting in the reception area with scheduled appointment for large chunks of time with no greeting. They proceed to talk negatively about other employees and clients in front of current clients. Also.. why are there 3-4 people in the room every time I get my botox or fillers???? The last straw was me showing up for a scheduled appointment only to be told "oh we dont have any of the product today." Um... where was my courtesy call? RUDE. When I commented about it, they responded with "Well, No one else today has had an issue but you." Um, well I'm sorry that my time is important to me. Why would you at least not do the right thing and let me know in advance that your vendor didn't show up? You are doing this to all your clients? Appointment scheduled weeks in advance! NO thanks! I have debated leaving this review for a very long time. I have been going to revenge since they opened and before when they were on DI. So approximately 2 1/2 years. Sandy is amazing.... but in all this time I have only seen her once. I hear they are good with Threads but I just get Botox. I scheduled my appointment last week and got a confirmation text that said your appointment is with Sandra. I'm thinking fantastic cause she is the best. I show up and nope no sandy. 2 girls I have never seen before. Wait let me stop and share that in 2 years I have only seen the same girls a couple times. This place runs through their 1099 staff like crazy! So I go in a tell them what I want done and they tell me the price now cause they can no longer sell Botox by the unit. I'm thinking ok that makes sense then it all goes down hill from there. They try to sell me Dysport cause it cheaper. I say no I'm not interested and then they push the issue. Told me they got in trouble by the health district so now they have to do things differently. Wait what!! You got in trouble by the health district?? These girls seem very inexperienced and have no customer service skills at all. At this point I'm starting to feel uncomfortable. They couldn't find my chart to see what I did last time. I finally asked if sandy was there. No response to that question, just we can handle this. No girls clearly you can't!! You lost me as a customer. Never seen people be more unorganized in my life!
