Their prices are fair as well . I have an auto immune disease and on several medications and would not feel safe going anywhere else. I went here for Botox a little over two weeks ago and had a very disappointing experience. The office itself was extremely small and uncomfortably hot--interestingly, there was AC running just outside of the treatment area, which made it even more noticeable. Unfortunately, the Botox results have been ineffective. It honestly looks like I didn't receive any treatment at all, which is frustrating considering I've had Botox multiple times and know what to expect. Another concern was that the Nurse Practitioner was not physically present during my visit and was instead on the phone reviewing my medical information. I was never clearly informed about the credentials of the person who performed the injections, and there were no visible certifications in the office. Overall, the environment felt unprofessional and questionable. I was also surprised to be asked to leave a tip, which I've never experienced with medical aesthetic services before, which I also regret doing as a treatment was unsuccessful. Additionally, I was told over the phone that they participate in Alle, but upon arrival, I found out that they do not--this felt misleading. My mom receives services from Revenge MD, and without sharing too much personal information, she has some health concerns that require staff to be mindful of how they care for her. Because of the good results she has had, she has continued to return as a patient. I recently went with her to an appointment, and from the time we walked in until we left, everything went really well. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. While the receptionist was kind, everything else about this place was unacceptable. The new location looks completely unprofessional and not medically esthetic. As for Annie--her behavior was beyond unprofessional. She was rude, dismissive, and spoke to us in a condescending way when we asked simple questions. Instead of making clients feel comfortable, she created an incredibly awkward and unwelcome environment. Her attitude shifted quickly and became even worse, to the point that we decided to leave. When I told her we were leaving, she casually said "okay, bye" without the slightest concern or attempt to address the situation. That alone says everything about the level of care and professionalism here. I had been here years ago and brought my sister expecting a decent experience--what we got instead was shocking. We left completely speechless. For a place that didn't appear busy, you'd expect better service, not worse. I'm home with a cold/flu and I will be traveling the next day to Dallas. I wanted to get a "wellness" IV with vitamin C and other amino acids/minerals. I've had these wellness IVs before and they seem to help me get well very quickly. It is Tuesday and I called for an appointment. They said the nurse couldn't "fit me in" until Friday. Huh? The website says they take walking, but prefers appointments. I'm glad I called ahead of time. I called Infuze Wellness Center and they were more than happy to take me. It seems that Infuze has the same treatment options as Revenge MD, so they seem pretty much the same. However, the customer service and willingness to help clients at Infuze is much better. I'm really disappointed that I wasn't able to try Revenge MD, but it takes 5 mins to start and IV, then hang the bag! You didn't have 5 mins for me? read more

I had no idea what this red light therapy was for so I signed up to try it out. The people were very nice, but nobody gave me any idea of what this red light therapy was going to do for me ..The only thing they told me is turn on this machine here and that machine there.. the first time was only seven minutes they never told me about the exercise machine next to it, which is supposed to help you lose weight also second time I went still didn't tell me about that exercise machine either , third time I asked them and they told me oh yeah that helps you lose weight. I said well they never told me about that. Oh, you can try it so I did.. Seems to just juggle your fat around on your legs Today I went and I hit the wrong button on the first machine by the head so it never went on, I laid in the bed for 12 minutes and did the exercise machine so i could jiggle a little more I went and asked them about the head machine. What does it do? Oh, it makes your hair better. I said oh well I hit the wrong button so it never went on and they said it's OK You have nice hair you dont need it .. And that was the end of my 4 sessions for my trial period ‍ Personally, I don't know that it did anything because I went once a week they never gave me advice as you should go 3x a week for it to work i might have looked into what else they did there but no one offered any help / ideas so i guess i will look elsewhere ..I drove all the way from the boulevard to Henderson 25 min for 12 minutes under a red light that honestly I still don't think did anything for me, other then waste my time & money read more

Went in on 7/31 to see injector ASHLEY. My concern was to really reshape my facial structure. I felt my face was droopy and had no definition. The consultation was very thorough and what I felt was very honest! We did upper cheek filler, jaw line filler and chin filler and I am SO SO happy with my results! She listened to exactly what I wanted and NAILED it. She explained the anatomy to me and helped me understand the amount of product we would need to achieve the look I wanted! I recently purchased and did the 12-week program for weight loss using Revenge MD's semaglutide program. During the program I was at first advised to change my diet and add an exercise plan which I completely adhered to. Sadly, I wasn't losing weight. The providers began to blame me for not losing the weight, implying I wasn't doing my part, this was both hurtful and untrue. After spending a lot of money and trying so hard I believed that nothing I was going to do was going to help and it was just my fault for being me all thanks to the providers and poor service offered. My husband recommended I give semaglutide another try with another provider and different company entirely. I was told everything said to me was wrong and that the providers were wrong. After 12 weeks at a new provider, I lost all the weight without workout, diet, or any changes to my lifestyle. I then tried to reach out for a partial refund with data provided by my doctor and they haven;t responded and continually ignore that they have taken my money and provided nothing but mental trauma to me. I can't speak for their other services but if you are coming here for semaglutide, I highly recommend looking for another provider otherwise you might be treated as the problem and lose time and money just like me. Just went here for the first time- it was a little hard to find but once I was there it was wonderful. I got my lips done. I told them exactly what I wanted- nothing crazy noticeable just a little plumping and to make my lips look more youthful. I moved from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and needed a new xeomin injector I could trust. After a long search to find a replacement to my medspa in Los Angeles I landed at this establishment and I regret I did...I'm giving two stars instead of one only because my second injector, Colleen, was attempting to better listen to me than my first injector, Diane. Although overall neither felt like they actually cared what I was saying. I had to come in twice to this place because the first time I was not injected properly. My first issue was my welcome to the medspa on my first visit. There was no warm welcome or gentle hello. Both times that I've come into this establishment it was more so a staredown instead of "hello" and explaining where to check in or where to sit..Not to mention the representative at the front thought it was more important to continue her side chatter rather than welcome a customer.. My second issue was that on my first visit I tried to explain to Diane how many units I get on my forehead for Xeomin that I already know work. She was not listening at all and told me that the units I had suggested for my forehead (20) were too low and that I needed 36 total for my whole forehead.. I repeated that 20 units is what I have gotten in the past in Los Angeles and it works for me (since I am only 28). She assured me that I would be happy with her "technique" and she would even out my face and eyebrows. I gave in and let her do 36 units and we distributed the rest on my crows feet, DAO muscles, cupids bow, and eyebrow. By the way she also fought me on the lip flip I wanted and said she will only inject my cupids bow because I would like the result better (which, two weeks later..... I don't). side note: she spoke so fast she hardly would let me get a word in. I felt like I was being told what was going to be done and not able to say anything back and rushed. Not calm at all. Third, she had such a heavy hand I bruised and I NEVER bruise for neurotoxin injections...For my forehead, she injected the part of my head where my hairline is.. like in my hair.. I kind of jumped because I was confused as to why she would be injecting me there no one had in the past..Her technique was not something I was at all familiar with and when I questioned her on it she went on to explain her years of experience and being a nurse even before any new techniques were developed and the war and whatnot. In my head, I suspected something would go wrong given what she said and I had hoped that I asked more for background on the training my injector had gotten and their date of most recent training before I sat on that chair. I know my previous injectors in Los Angeles constantly went to training that they had to pay for out of their own pocket but they did it to give their patients the best results!... Not sure about this place I wish I had asked.. After she was done injecting me she then massaged my forehead and I was confused because I know you're not supposed to do that. Needless to say I left anxious and not at all happy. I was worried about my results but knew I would not find out until two weeks later. I gave her the benefit of the doubt for the time being but.. two weeks came and my face was slightly lopsided. I was debating whether to come back given my experience the first time. In the end, I decided I would come back to fix the more noticeable area, which was my right DAO muscle. On my second visit, I got the same judgemental vibe as soon as I walk in. No immediate hello..No one had apologized or even felt remorseful for me having to come back to fix a mistake that one of their injectors made. I was simply asked what area to fix and that's it. The debate about me having gotten ~only~ 50 units was also brought up again with my second injector... I don't understand why they think 50 units is a little bit. 50 is A LOT (36 to the forehead alone is so much for a 28-year-old with no wrinkles...) I think their product may be diluted or something. I got way more units here than in my old medspa and got very lacking results with Revenge MD...I'm not going to lie I debated addressing that I was lopsided on the right side of my face not just my right DAO Muscle but I was already so anxious and uncomfortable and I just felt like getting out of there as soon as possible given the judgemental vibe I felt. Leaving, I almost teared up because of how I felt...I save my money to be able to get my xeomin injections and I was so happy to get them I had just wished the nurses here were also happy to have customers and welcomed them all the same... You'd think someone paying over $300 dollars for injections would be at least treated warmly and kindly instead of judgement, lack of words, and being rushed. After this experience, I think it is more beneficial for me to travel to Los Angeles to my old medspa just because of how bad this experience was. I've been having severe foot pain due to arthritis after breaking my feet so many times. I heard about Red Light therapy and wasn't so sure what to expect but decided to give it a try. I've been going 4 weeks now and am shocked at the difference in foot pain. I no longer need to take Advil for imporoved mobility. In this short time I've now gotten about an 90% improvement for pain. I went in for the Hormone Pellet Therapy. The consultation was good, but from the procedure on I had issues. The day of the actual procedure they did not numb it enough and I felt the entire procedure even after I told them it was not numb enough. When you have this procedure done they ask for a comprehensive medical history, which I gave them including that I am allergic to nuts, especially peanuts, for which I carry an epipen. After my procedure they prescribed progesterone. Lucky for me I read the insert, which clearly states if you have peanut allergies not to take this meds. I sent a text to them on Sunday explaining what happened and all I got was a text back stating they would check with the doctor for an alternative. Since then I have not heard from them. Based on my experience I will not be returning and cannot recommend them to anyone else. read more

I just moved from LA and had to find a new location for cosmetic services. I was referred to Revenge MD by a good friend who lives in the LV area ...And I'm so glad they did. When living in LA I had to go through several different places before I found someone who used a concentrate that would actually work for me. I've been told that a lot of places dilute their formula as there doesn't seem to be any regulations on that right now. I've had Botox that did almost nothing for me and cost $14 per unit. Then I found a place in LA who charged much less per unit yet seemed to have the most superior formula because it actually worked and it worked for the full six months. The bar had been set for me at that point. Then I moved to Las Vegas recently and I had a Botox procedure done by revenge MD about three weeks ago after being referred by my friend. I was very impressed with everything. I felt welcomed, comfortable, informed, and listened to. I was really pleased with the service and friendliness and professionalism. But most importantly they don't overcharge at all and the product really works! I am SO happy with my results.
