We were told we were the first job on the calendar for the spring of 2021 and after several back and forth communication that often times went ignored, we finally got our roof installed in July of 2021. We were told that the gutters would be installed the following week but 14 months after this process started (and 5 months after the job was supposed to be complete), we still do not have our gutters replaced! The owner is great at getting new business but pretty horrible at following up with getting the job done! He will ask for partial payment upfront to obtain material, with no follow up for weeks. Unfortunately, we had initially recommended him to others but do not recommend using this roofing company if you want your job completed in a timely manner.
