1.28.25 I came…read moreacross this establishment's promotional offer of 50% off plus one free treatment so decided to book a consultation. This offer ends January 31, this Friday. I signed up for the consultation online and received a text almost immediately to schedule it. My appointment was scheduled at 12:30 with Stephanie. The day of my appointment I received a text asking if I could postpone until 1:30, which I was able to. This location is in Muddy Branch Square. It is in the same center as Giant Food, First Watch, Starbucks, and Paisanos. Upon entering, I was greeted by Stephanie, who was sitting at the receptionist desk. She asked if I wanted any water. Then she brought me back to a room where she explained laser removal, shared a few before and after photos and went over the price packages. Milan uses Candela Gentle Max Pro and they have a seal. What sets them apart from other practices is that although their packages are expensive, they offer a lifetime guarantee so the price for touchups is included for life. You can visit any of their locations nationwide and they will have your record on file. I really liked their model, however, I couldn't get over the price. It was way more than I was expecting. For the Brazilian, their cost is $8,568 and with their current 50% off promotion it brought it down to $5,998. When I had this procedure done many years ago at another practice, I vaguely recall it was around $1,000. As much as I loved the exceptional customer service and that they offer a lifetime guarantee, I could not bring myself to pay this much. So I am likely going to look at other practices. Stephanie was very professional, personable, bubbly, funny and just a pleasure to talk to. Despite leaving the consultation without purchasing a package, Stephanie was still warm and bubbly, and even opened the door when I left the practice. She is the epitome of exceptional customer service! If money is not a concern and you're not frugal like me, I highly recommend this practice. Just remember, you get what you pay for.

Sales pitch is misleading and time consuming. While the actual staff was friendly, a lot of time…read morewas wasted in getting a simple price. They make you come in for a consult for pricing, even though they don't examine the actual area at all. The estimate could have been a quick 30 second phone call, since it's not personalized to each body and pricing is just based on what area(s) you are treating. Since I was under the assumption that the point of an in person appointment was to examine the area, I even asked on the phone if it was fine my hair was waxed/shaven, as I wasn't sure if they would need to see the hair grown out to determine how many sessions, or any side effects/special circumstances, etc. They said it didn't matter, which I found kind of odd, but assumed they may be able to tell with equipment or just visually looking at the pores/follicles. Essentially all you're getting in person is a 30 min powerpoint presentation just for them to present to you a pre-determined price at the end. Unless the person I spoke with has no common sense, there's no way she didn't understand that I thought there would be a physical evaluation, based on the questions I asked. In comparison, I've called 3 other places for hair removal estimates, and all of them gave me pricing immediately on the phone within a few minutes. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere unless you really like their unlimited/lifetime membership. For anyone curious, the estimate I was quoted was $4,000 (60% off from their "regular" price), which is THOUSANDS over any competitor I spoke with (I did my screening, looked for comparable lasers for what Milan uses, read reviews to make sure techs were qualified and didn't cause any burns, injuries, etc). Even if you had to go back 20 more times to another place, you'd probably still be saving over $1,000 easily.

Your response to my review is falsified…read more You most definitely said, "President Trump is about to give his first speech and I must watch it," and you certainly watched during the entire session, offering commentary, feedback and expounding on some of his points. You wrote in your response, "This woman is most likely a liberal democrat who hates Trump and hates Fox and in turn wrote this review as a way of canceling me, and trashing me, and feeding her elitist ego." Whew! Your assumption of my political affiliation is completely incorrect as is your comment of who I am (elitist ego?!). Did I talk about your character in my review? No. Sounds like slander to me. My review is about keeping politics out of the workplace (which is an American standard) and the results I had after my last session (see the pictures). Please stop making assumptions on people based on what they look like. It's not the first time you've made stereotypical comments. I honestly don't think that you recognize that you do it. You most definitely switched out a tool or device because you were "having trouble pulling hair out on the first try." I've posted the picture of the results. Pictures don't lie. As much as you understandably try to connect with your clients, you'd make better progress by staying away from comments about politics and race and stop making assumptions and inflammatory comments about people. And by the way, publicly posting details of my client experience, is a HIPAA violation since your service requires licensure and oversight. Edited: 7/21: I see you removed your previous response that included the slander and the HIPAA violations, however please be advised that I took screenshots. Stay tuned. Your new response, is yet another assumption, as you're prone to making. The pictures were taken 1-2 days after my last session with you.

I've been going to her for about 10 months, and she is worth every penny. Her charges are fair, and are much lower than many of the other businesses that offer this service. She is on-time always, and is booked many weeks in advance (a recognition of how happy people are with her services). She's just super-great! Her office is spotless. Garage parking for your car.
