The aesthetician seemed skilled but distracted and the experience itself was disappointing. My appointment lasted approximately 45 minutes and she left the room 3 times, which she said this was to "let me relax". When she was in the room, she seemed to be in a rush to put the product on my face and leave again. Though I've never had a facialist leave the room during the treatment or appear so rushed, I sort of went with it to a point until the third time where she made a phone call that I could clearly hear through the wall. Based on this experience and 2 other spa experiences where I had used a groupon and had less than stellar experience, I can't help but wonder if coming in with a groupon gets your crappy service. It's a shame because I only buy groupons for places I would return to if I have a good experience. Some people may not care about having a relaxing experience with an attentive aesthetician and I would recommend it to those folks because the results were alright and the spa uses green products. Since good facials generally come at a premium and I'm not exactly totally flush with cash, I go when I can and have loved it each time. But, I say that you get what you pay for and I love going there because I always leave there relaxed with a smile on my face (both the facial is great and Marie is easy to work with) and my skin feels like it has gotten a much needed big gulp of water. I had meant to get a fill but due to my previous extensions from another lash artist, she instead did a full set. It took about 2.5 hours in total which is decent for a full set. She was very personable and chatted with me while she did my extensions which I really liked. Her spot in the back of the studio is very welcoming and comfortable. She allowed me to move and fidget as much as I needed to and went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable! She used a different brand of lashes than I am used to so we will see how they hold up over the next couple of weeks. Her prices were very affordable for lashes, and she took her time and prepped them well. I am anxious to see how my lashes hold up over the next few weeks! She also does facials and some other treatments as well. I will definitely be back to try a facial! Had my first fill yesterday and it was perfect. Also got a free brow tint for being a model for Noelle to try new products on and they look amazing too!! Seriously Noelle is amazing and super nice. And her prices are crazy good you can't beat them!
