I have the dates, receipts, voicemails, social media and email correspondences of my communication to your providers and office. I did not stop contacting your office, your office refused to respond to any communication from me after an initial call back with the provider and office manager. This is also evident on this website by the lack of response to my initial review and lack of timely response to my second update. This timeline is documented. As previously mentioned the provider stated my BURNS were normal (even when my initial provider at your office stated otherwise) and everything would subside even after I expressed my deep concern. She conveniently called it "possible bruising" in the voicemail. As I stated in my initial review my session with a different provider at your office was completely unremarkable, therefore I know firsthand these burns should not have occurred. There is no consensus on the gold standard treatment for skin dyschromia after severe burns have occurred. Dyschromia after burns remain a therapeutic challenge. This is not an easy fix as you have suggested. Dismissing or downplaying a patient's experience such as this one is purely shameful.

Once services are completed they also provide a hair dryer to try your own hair and a vanity you can sit at to get ready to go back into the world. When we got started, she used a device to check my scalp. I came in with unwashed hair and showed her how oily is gets. She saw a lot of build up and dandruff on my scalp. I took some pictures of the before and the other picture has one of the after on top and before on bottom. She went over some things I can do to help with oily hair and products I can try. She taught me how to properly wash and blow dry my hair as well. Once we did the diagnostic part, she closed the blinds and had me take my shirt off. I was wrapped with a towel. She came back in and I got to lie down on the bed. It was heated and felt so nice and she pulled a heated blanket over. She had some aromatherapy as well. She started off with facial spa and it felt so nice. She did a facial massage too. Then she put some sort of mask on. Once the mask was on, she did the head spa. It felt so nice. She did amazing. Everything smelled really good too. She was scrubbing line by line on my head and turning my head to get every spot. She did take the mask off after and did a neck and shoulder spa. Then she did the waterfall. She took a picture but I forgot to ask her at the end for it. At the end of it, I got dressed and she showed me the after. My scalp was so clean and healthy. My face was glowing. I started to blow dry my hair but my hair was dangled as well. I was brushing it and decided to do some and finish at home. I didn't want to take up her time too much. Before a session she will ask what areas are tight and in need which is reassuring and comforting. What made the situation even more frustrating was being told that I would be charged the full price if I did not proceed with the service, despite the issue being the result of the original booking. I even offered to reschedule for a different time or day to accommodate the situation, but I was still met with an unhelpful response. As someone who works in the hair industry at on of the top 10 salons in the COUNTRY, I understand that businesses have policies, but basic respect for a customer's religious beliefs and a willingness to find a reasonable solution should be part of good customer service. I was not asking for special treatment or being unreasonable; I was simply asking for an accommodation and was more than willing to work with them to find an alternative. Then I was told I was no longer welcome to this spa all because of something I wanted to be switched for my own personal reasons. This felt very wrong. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left me feeling dismissed, disrespected, and very uncomfortable by the manager Christian and AM Skylar. A spa experience should be relaxing and welcoming, not stressful or confrontational.
