He's a great communicator and went above and beyond what was agreed upon removing more large branches that I overlooked requesting and also took time to chop fire wood pieces for me when I mention I could use some of the fallen tree for my fire pit. Well, this one is certainly real and often people move and their locations might change. I found the service to be average/mediocre at best. I would not recommend them. They're always on…read morethe defensive and have an excuse or an explanation for any criticism they receive. I didn't bother calling them with further issues because when I did, the tech came by with a hand crank spreader and some fertilizer to do a touch up that basically did nothing. That was how they guaranteed my satisfaction. I'm sure there will be some long winded response to this about how "all my problems could've been solved" - but whenever I called them or emailed them, they didn't get their technicians to my house any sooner- they just tried to get me to re-up for next year. (They thought I'd actually fork over the money for next season like six months in advance!) I don't know of any other company or service that tries to solicit payment so far in advance. I would actually advise against pre-paying even though it can save you 5%, because then they just have all your money and you're the one sitting there waiting like a dope for somebody to show up. Not for nothing- there shouldn't even be all these problems that I have to call and bother them for anything, should just be taken care of right the first time. Simply put, I will vote with my wallet and take my business elsewhere and look forward to giving another company a shot.
