I called Justin because I was looking for a handyman and we were VERY happy with his work!! My…read moretenant's oven stopped working one evening and my husband and I no longer live in the area. Justin was extremely friendly and professional on the phone. He was also able to make time right away (unlike the first place I tried that wanted me to wait 2 weeks). Needless to say, from now on, he will be my first call when something goes wrong or if we want to do a remodel!!

The experience with Jordon and his team was fantastic as they helped us sort out the vision of what we wanted, fill in the gaps we didn't know or understand, and work through trade-offs to make sure we got the best result for our budget. Not only were they great to work with, but his team was incredibly fast and diligent; they completed the work on time, within our budget, and with very high quality. We can't say enough good things about them and are very grateful we chose them to do our first home renovation project. We will definitely be working with them again in the future.

We had a rather elaborate but sagging & rotting deck that needed reinforcement and in some places reconstruction. We didn't want to go through the expense of replacing the entire deck. Jesse and his crew are highly professional, polite, communicative and no surprises at the end of the project. I would highly recommend JNM Home Improvement for any project at home or at my business. He said that i would need to open either the wall or ceiling to find the missing box. Told me that he would call home warranty ask for more time to find that box. In the mean time i asked him if he checked all of the junction boxes. He said he did. He said he would call me back on Friday and tell me what was going on with the warranty company. He did not. I contacted him he told me he would call me back. He did not! Ended up having another electrical company come out. The first junction box the walked up to they opened it and the wires were loose! ‍ They tightened everything and everything works now! I paid this man $75 for NOTHING! And he almost had me rip the ceiling out of my basement. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! He didn't check the junction boxes like i asked. And he couldn't even find a simple loose wire!
