I am honestly still shocked by how I was treated during what was supposed to be a simple first phone call to inquire about an appointment.
As someone completely new to psychic/spiritual readings, I was naturally nervous, cautious, and trying to maintain some privacy before deciding whether I felt comfortable booking. Instead of being met with professionalism or kindness, I was spoken to in an unbelievably rude, hostile, and condescending manner by some MAN whom I don't catch his name but if anyone calls this place you will immediately understand once he starts talking to you. Just go call and try right now... there's your credibility.
When I hesitated about sharing personal information immediately, he became argumentative and repeatedly implied that I "shouldn't do this" and that they "don't want people like me there." Who says that to someone calling for the very first time? Also why wouldn't you be prepared for the public to be hesitant to share personal information or last names of people or yourself to a PSYCHIC.
He also responded on a defensive rant saying they have "18,000 clients," that they don't "look people up on Facebook because they don't have time for that," and that he "doesn't care where I live" -- despite the fact that I never accused them of any of those things. I was simply trying to feel comfortable and ask normal questions before committing to something deeply personal and unfamiliar to me.
What made the entire interaction worse was how he kept insisting I should not come if I had "any skepticism." Of course a first-time client is going to have questions and some hesitation. That is completely normal. A legitimate professional would understand that and help someone feel at ease!! not shame, mock, or belittle them for it.
The entire experience felt emotionally manipulative, unwelcoming, and incredibly unprofessional. I ended the call feeling embarrassed, upset, and honestly shaken. Whatever image this business tries to present with "Reverend" or spiritual guidance attached to their name was completely contradicted by the way I was treated.
If this is how potential clients are spoken to before they even walk through the door, people deserve to know!!!!! read more
