I have the same warranty company as the other comment and they originally sent Ben Franklin plumbing who never fixed the issue on two separate issues. They last told me we would have to break up concrete in the basement and refit the pipes and it would cost thousands of dollars. T & R Plumbing was able to fix all of the clogs in our drains and they did it in under 2 hours. They did not ask for or require a fee on their first visit to us. They came and saw what the issues were and told us when they would come back to fix it. They showed up early. They don't want to rip you off and keep you updated with what they find while they are working. They also give you a detailed report when they are finished. T & R Plumbing and Drain is a family run business. They are straightforward and will not try an rip you off. That is my only knock of this company - the lack of follow up. Anyhow, he said 4pm Monday and he was there at 4pm. He ran a camera and we found the problem - huge root intrusion. He snaked it and cleared some of it. He spent close to an hour clearing the roots. Drain is cleared except for the root mess but he did clear most of that. We will need repairs soon but he bought us some time. We will call back easily.
