My Fiancé and I have been using Res-Q Services for over 4 years now and we couldn't be happier. The owner, Mike, and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and dependable. They installed a complete new YORK heat pump & central a/c system in our home 4 years ago and we've been completely satisfied ever since. Yesterday, I unfortunately came home to a very warm house because our a/c had stopped working. I called Res-Q, left a voice mail and within 1 minute, they returned my call and within 45 minutes, Tom was pulling up in our driveway. WHAT A RELIEF!! Tom was VERY knowledgeable and, come to find out, the a/c wasn't working because we hadn't properly maintained the unit!! (Yes...this customer is admitting I was at fault! Most repairs can be prevented if we just take a few minutes to clean our a/c units regularly!)Tom took the time to clean our system, made some minor repairs and then he showed me some very quick and easy things we can do to keep the system properly clean to avoid future issues. The emergency service costs were CLEARLY explained to me over the phone and Tom took his time to explain the charges for the service call and the repairs. Our system was back up and running in no time! Thanks guys! With that said, my Fiancé and I are a gay couple and we are so very glad to have Res-Q Services as a part of our community. The company is very diverse and LGBT friendly! If anyone tells you otherwise, they are lying! Mike and his team are always there to help and they are always professional and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, some people like to use social media as a tool to threaten and discredit businesses because they want to get something for free! These guys are very busy and that fact should tell you something about how good they are. I talked with the woman in the office but was always contacted afterwards by at least one of the guys in the field that was actually going to do my work. Mike whom I have talked to on many occasions but never seen in real life was the one I talked to most. Tom showed up to collect info for them to give me an estimate on an outside air conditioner condenser unit and Mike contacted me for the price then a couple weeks later Tom and Gary showed up and installed the unit. They was all great to deal with and for a great price did to me what was a high quality job in my opinion. I will deal with them for other heating and air issues in the future. read more

Air conditioning quit over night during this horrible heat wave. I knew all HVAC companies were swamped already. They were able to accommodate my schedule (thank you awesome lady in the office) and send a tech out within 1 1/2 hour (House was 83* by 7:30am). Our tech came out , located the issue and had it fixed in no time. Great guy , explained everything he was doing and showed all testing results. Tom is great employee to have ! Company charges were very reasonable and I highly recommend. Our tech is working terribly long hours to help everyone else stay comfortable. That's great customer service. read more

My air conditioning unit stopped working and not only did Mike answer his telephone at 8pm, but a technician had my system up and running by 11pm the same day. This company is very professional and very experienced. They provided emergency service without the expected emergency price. Our furnace for one side of our house broke in December. Mike sent a tech within an hour and he replaced the mother board and had it back on line within another hour. Second furnace broke in February. Tech was there within an hour and replaced a sensor and had us back up again within an hour. Great job! read more

This company is great. Hottest day of the year and they had someone out to fix my air conditioning within the hour.
