I wouldn't recommend for servicing nest products. The tech didn't seem to have much familiarity with the product at all.

My leaking, corrosion loaded water line was repaired perfectly and without unnecessary costs as given by another (well known) company. If you give Liberty Plumbing a call, I feel very comfortable saying you will not be disappointed.

I had misplaced my paperwork for my 2020 Moen kitchen faucet so I wasn't operating at full potential. Lifetime warranty on Moen faucets. So, I did call Moen to follow up on that. Finally found my paperwork and I had registered the faucet, so that saved some time. Darren also took a look at my shower single handle faucet and taught me how I could take a picture of it on my phone (From the Google App) and research a cartridge replacement for it. Who knew??? (not me!). Lastly, we went downstairs to look at my aging water heater and Liberty Plumbing Heating and AC is high on my list now for that pending expense for multiple reasons. Give them a call if you have any needs that they could help you with. I'm still shocked at how reasonable the repair this morning was (NO SUPRISES, can you even fathom??) and very pleased with the water heater estimate and information. I feel like I won the lottery!!!!

Because they did not come see or even ask for pictures of what needed to be replaced when they got over to my home. They left and spent an hour getting parts. Waste of my time. When the kid came back he flooded my basement and garage while replacing the pipes he wanted to and while I understand that stuff happens not telling me about it and leaving me to find it after he left is a little nice. However when I walked into my bathroom it looked like he left a train wreck all over and in my tub. Now my tub drain is slower than normal to drain. Had him work on an outside faucet too and he spread all the power tools with water. For the amount that they charged I would have expected better clean up and communication, but no way. Once he decided he needed to go he left in a hurry no let me show you what I did or do you have any questions. I had to pull information out of him. I had another faucet that needed work done but he said he had to leave and couldn't do it. I get that we all have busy lives and I would have understood had I not mentioned everything I needed to start with. Save your money and go somewhere else. It's not worth getting your house dirtier than it was to start with and flooded without your knowledge. I tend to let workers in my home do their jobs and not bother them much so I guess that I should have kept a closer eye on what he was doing so I would have known about the flood sooner than later.

I was able to easily set up an appointment online within a time frame that would work for me. They called prior to the technician coming out. The technician was professional and friendly and I feel like the quote they gave me was reasonable compared to other companies. They do charge a $49 service fee normally but that's relatively lower compared to other companies. The technician waived the service fee which was extremely nice and not expected. I did end up going with the company I normally use but only because they quoted me a lower price for the same thing but I would consider using Mission in the future if needed.

Be very cautious with Mission Plumbing, Heating and Cooling…read more My neighbor recently had Mission out for a service call; the problem was with the control board in the air handling unit. The tech had to leave to get a board, but was back within a half-hour and spent a little over two hours total, including the time to get a new board. The board was under warranty, so there was no cost for the board. He was charged $1,063.48, but given a 10% "over 65" discount, so total charge was $957.13, which works out to somewhere between, $320 and $479 an hour. The technician also said that he was lucky that the board was under warranty, otherwise it would have cost and additional $1,000 for the board (this was also verified by the service manager at Mission). We got the model number of the board, searched for it on the Internet, and found it on the manufacturer's website (Goodman) for less than $100. We contacted Mission to discuss with the general manager twice; he never returned our calls. We then visited Mission in person to visit with him, but he "was in a meeting", so we were directed to Gabe, who confirmed the charges above. When asked about the pricing for the board, we were told that it is not generated locally, but by Southern. Mission was purchased in April 2021 by Southern Home Services of Maitland, Florida, which owns 26 PHVAC companies primarily along the southeast coast of the United States. Southern is, in turn, owned by Gryphon Investors, a private equity company. So not only does Mission need to cover their overhead locally, they most likely need to also provide funding for Southern, who in turn possibly has to return cash to Gryphon. It all flows uphill. Southern also owns C. M. Mose, another local PHVAC contractor in the Kansas City area. Moral of the story: Mission may have been a good company at one time when it was locally owned, but it has changed. Get pricing up front. Question the technician. If you don't like what you're hearing, go somewhere else, and don't hesitate to go with a mom and pop; quite possibly they can do the job just as well for quite a bit less money. They don't have the overhead that the big guys do (especially if owned by private equity).
