Second, with a failing heat pump just days before a cold snap, we had a consultation and a competitive quote in our hands within 2 hours of our call. Third, this is all happening during a pandemic, and everyone followed and/or exceeded all of the recommended protocol. I hope they don't get too busy for us, but they should be your go-to company!

He broke it down and explained what we did and didn't need (referring to some of the other quotes) as well as the why. He then did something that impressed us tremendously... he told us to get other quotes, shop around, etc. (Other companies said "trust us, this is a great quote. You don't need to look around. You'll just get confused.") We went with Trombino and couldn't have been more pleased! On time, trustworthy, very neat and clean in not only the area they were working in but also keeping our living space neat. This was all during quarantine so I was home with three small kids. Larry and his fellow worker were kind and patient. Will recommend without hesitation to anyone needing heating or cooling work done, from a minor repair to a complete replacement!

They arrived same day on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. Showed me the dirty coils (and they were filthy) and that there was too much coolant and it was overcharging my unit which will ultimately kill your unit. I just had Buckner's out 6 weeks prior for a maintenance check up. Clearly, the coils were never cleaned, and he overcharged my unit! Dad's was great. They properly cleaned the coils and took out the extra coolant. I'll use them and absolutely recommend them. Dan is a great guy and he's honest. No

Excellent Water Heater Replacement Experience…read more I couldn't be happier with my experience with KC Water Heaters. They replaced my water heater and did an excellent job from start to finish. The entire process was organized and professional. They communicated clearly, arrived on time, and took the time to ensure the installation was done properly. So glad to have 'Yelp' and 'Google' for business reviews. Found 'KC Water Heaters' on Yelp with…read more5-star ratings. Contacted the owner (Chase) on Christmas Eve(Sunday) after discovering no hot water and unable to light the pilot. Chase stated he would be here 9:00am Tuesday morning. After performing reviews on our current Whirlpool water heater, could not find a positive review for the unit, so decided no matter what the problem, would have a new one installed. Contacted Chase again to let him know to bring a new unit. Chase arrived on time and right off could tell he was very personable, professional and respectful of property. After going over the Whirlpool unit, he agreed it was time to install a new one. What gave me full confidence is his knowledge of the water heater unit operations, venting, chimney importance(flue through chimney) and root cause of the rust(and how to prevent it in the future) which had accumulated on top of the unit. Another factor was the expansion unit which was totally rusted, preventing water from entering. The goal of Chase's satisfaction was to make sure we were totally satisfied with the install, all questions answered and stepped us through the new unit controls, etc. He uses 'Bradford White' water heaters which are highly rated. Chase is a perfectionist, making sure the unit is level, good drainage and secured a couple copper lines which had broken away from the rafter. I will recommend 'KC Water Heaters' to anyone knowing Chase is the template by which all business owners should follow in 'outstanding' customer service. UPDATE: Last month(12/2025), noticed some water dripping from the overflow valve. Contacted Chase to explain the issue. He came out the next day in the morning and replaced the valve at no cost. After checking the main house water pressure, it was right at 80 which is considered high that may have contributed to the leaky valve. Chase reduced the pressure and everything is working fine. Even after two years, KC Water Heaters provides exceptional customer service.
