AC guy showed up, looked at my AC for about 30 minutes and came up to tell me to change the filter and the problem would be fixed. Charged me $210. I asked why 210 when told it would be 105. He said 105 is for the service call and the other 105 is for him to be there. What? He didn't do anything. Granted my air filter does need to be changed, and I was aware of that, but thought there might be an actual problem. Not sure why the cost would double. Called to question this and the rep said she would call me back. Have yet to receive a response on that. Sure won't be using this company again, feels like I was scammed.

I scheduled a furnace tune-up and duct cleaning for my newly purchased home. I had several questions about the duct cleaning and each time I reached out to Jill in email, text and by phone, she always replied within a reasonable time - sometimes immediately. She was very patient and accommodating with everything. The day of the appointment, they walked me through the entire process and explained everything - even the furnace tune-up. Tim explained that despite the age of the unit, it was in good condition. He also offered simple ways to extend the life of the furnace and other little things I could do to save money on the HVAC system as a whole. And when he discovered that one of my ducts had fallen loose under the floor, he pulled it back up and secured it with some screws. After the duct cleaning, Tim offered to show me what they vacuumed out of the ducts. It was just a lot of dust. I had previously stated I expected to have them cleaned every 5 years but based on what we found, Tim indicated that I would likely be able to go longer than 5 years. This was such an awesome experience. Everyone was friendly, respectful and just overall mind-blowingly great! And they are transparent about pricing so there were no surprise charges!
