Reubo did such an amazing job. He treated us like family. Made sure that the pool met up to our happiness.

1 Star -- Damaged Rug, No Accountability, and a Serious Breach of Trust…read more I strongly recommend thinking twice before allowing Be Green Carpet Cleaning into your home. I hired this company to professionally clean my rug, and what I received was a badly damaged, discolored rug and months of frustration trying to get anyone to take responsibility. The technician was aware that my rug was made of delicate viscose and assured me he would be careful. Despite that, the rug was left visibly damaged. He returned to my home multiple times attempting to correct the problem, without success. What I find particularly disturbing is that Be Green later informed me the technician had left the company the day after the original cleaning. Yet he continued returning to my home without ever disclosing that he was no longer representing Be Green. I had every reason to believe I was still dealing with the company I hired. Had I known otherwise, I would have contacted Be Green directly while the issue was still within their 30-day warranty period. Rather than taking responsibility for the service performed under their name, Be Green declined to resolve the damage, citing their warranty period and the technician's failure to report the problem internally. The technician eventually agreed to compensate me personally, but even that agreement has not been honored as promised. A reputable company should stand behind the work performed under its name, communicate honestly with its customers, and take responsibility when something goes wrong. In my experience, Be Green failed on all three counts. I paid for professional cleaning and was left with a ruined rug, a complete loss of trust, and no meaningful resolution. I would never use this company again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone who values their belongings, their home, or basic customer accountability.

When I tell you these ladies came in and got us together on short notice; I was very satisfied…read more They rearranged the schedule and talk to another client to see if they could accommodate and it all worked out. The ladies were polite and very professional. I ordered a clean out service because I was moving out of town. They came and buss those apartment down and the price was very reasonable and cheaper than I expected. When I tell you they don't come to play they did an amazing job. They didn't miss a thing from wiping out drawers, cleaning base boards to window sills. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I would use them again.

Initial promised price - $152.99 for a regular cleaning with kid friendly supplies…read more I was made to sign a document, without first receiving any confirmation on the time they'd visit - which was fine I guess. Though, they gave me a time slot that was outside the scope I asked for making me rush things to accommodate for them - this was a bit unwanted. Maids arrived on time, they don't speak or understand English, only Spanish. I walked them through the house. The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is). Feel like I was ripped off.

I requested the standard cleaning service. I got Maria. She did a really good job with the cleaning…read moreand was faster than I expected. I have a small studio apartment (because I'm a minimalist), and I can usually clean it but not as good as Dallas Maids can. I wish it was a little less expensive, but it is okay, everything is going through the roof these days and that's not their fault, we all gotta keep up with pricing of things to survive. I'll get them again in the future, maybe one day shell out for a deep clean so I can see how clean my place can really be.

When they came back, they lied and said our front office wouldn't let them in, when I was on the phone with the office the whole time. They ended up driving away with no notice, and left their ID's with our leasing agent. The original woman came back the following day with only a broom and 2 sprays. They did not perform a deep clean at all, and I fully believe I have just wasted $200 on a service I should have just done myself for better results. This was my first cleaning service to order in Dallas, due to my apartment complex not having cleaned the unit from the previous resident. For such a small 1 bedroom apartment, I expected more for a such a high price. If you're looking to spend a lot of money, for a basic cleaning, then this the group. The pictures below are after a "deep clean."
