I really like this place. The deep tissue here is the best in the city. Ignore Kim's review. It sounds like she had a Thai massage, or similar (Chinese, Vietnamese combination). Straddling the customer and "cracking" bones is normal for massages in different cultures. I have had different kinds of massages in different places in the US and the world. I didn't rate this establishment a five because I don't find them to be consistent. With some tweaking, they would be a five. The website says they are new owners, therefore, I'd like to provide some feedback as a customer who wants to keep coming back. In fact, I wanted to come every two weeks but when I requested a specific person they pushed to just get me in. I went back requesting the same person again and I asked if she was there. They said yes and took me back. I got ready, undressed, and it was not her. I felt conned. They lost two customers every two-weeks (me and my husband.) The therapist they gave me was atrocious. After several months I decided to give it another go. The new therapist was fantastic and there are two I would like to keep going back to. However, my full body, one hour massage, consisted of my backside only, no arms, no feet. In the past, they may include the top of my legs, my feet. This time I wasn't even asked to rollover. If there isn't going to be consistency with each therapist, then provide a description of what the massage will include, or not. A full body massage usually means both sides of the body, i.e., arms, legs, head, feet, neck. A good therapist won't spend 40 minutes on the back. That has been the one consistency at this spa. Too much time on the back. With some tweaking for the hour massage, please provide what the "full-body" massage includes. This spa could be the best in the city if operated with a desire to want the customer to return. I feel the therapists want me to come back, but the owners just want you to come in and make a quick buck. A resort spa wants you to come in and feel relaxed, but if you feel conned from the get-go that's not relaxing. If you don't focus on making a quick buck, the customers will return and you'll be more successful. It's a basic business model for success. read more

The best deep tissue message in Harrisburg. Very relaxing atmosphere. Five star ! You can't beat the price! read more

Extreemly uncomfortable the whole time. The lady kept trying to walk in while I was changing, the whole place smelled, there was a ticking clock on the wall (not very relaxing). The massage blanket was a paper sheet, and the massage physically hurt. Place is seriously sketchy. read more

This was the oddest massage experience I've ever had. I typically get massages 1-2 times per month, so I'm pretty sure I know what normal is. The "masseuse" here strattled me while in the table, actually crawled up on my back and karate chopped my head. No joke. I'm female, and definitely did not expect this at all. I wanted a regular relaxing massage. I could not relax because I was wondering what weird thing was going to happen next. There was very little to no modesty in the draping-actually, for being covered with a beach towel I guess modesty was at its possible best. Perhaps some guests take advantage of the complimentary toiletries I noticed in the corner of the room as I was dressing-paper towels, Kleenex, baby lotion and vasoline. I'm not kidding. read more

Hands down the best massage I've never had. Came out feeling phenomenal. Very unique massage experience. I highly recommend to anyone looking for massage to come here. read more

I went here for a last minute spontaneous massage. I have definitely had better massages, which were more relaxing. I was also very sore for two days after. Also a 90 minute massage was advertised for $85 and they automatically tacked on another $6? The language barrier was a little hard to deal with. read more

This is an ok place, but outdated and not very relaxing. The massager had ear phones in listening to her music which made her yell when asking me "are you ok?".... not sure she even knew my answer. arrived 25 past the hour for a 1 hr massage, and reasonably started shortly after the 30 minute mark. After what was a decent massage though lacking any front coverage at all, for~45 minutes she said time was up. Paying for 60 min and getting 45 min, is the nickel and dime method that makes this barely worth replying at all, read more

It definitely looks like a dive, but if you can overlook the decor, you get a really great massage at a fantastic price!

Was in need of a massage and couldn't get into my usual place. Was able to schedule with Return to Nature fairly quickly. I was overcharged - meaning they charged me more than the online advertised rate. Unfortunately, the card had been processed by the time I caught the error. They were to correct by adding time on to my experience and that did not happen. I've had several massages and this by far is on the lower end of the scale. I could say more but I think noting that I will not be returning says enough. read more

omg! Unbelievable!! we were a little skeptical about trying this place because we are from Texas and were in town working a big show and these ladies were amazing!! one of the best massages I have ever had and I get at least two a month due to back injury and these ladies were fantastic! The hot stones were amazing we went to purchase an hour and ended up doing 30 more minutes! read more

False advertising and awful communication. I booked a couples massage as a surprise for my husband who just finished rigorous physical training. I booked online two days in advance and called to verify that my appointment was valid. I was told everything was good to go. When we got there, the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone. Finally, someone answered and all I could get out of them was "No book, closed, no book." It was extremely disappointing. Maybe it was a misunderstanding but just be extra careful if you decide to make an appointment here. read more

The only real issue with coming here is the language barrier. My sister and I wanted a relaxing spa day and it was tough to find any place that had any openings on a Saturday. I called them on Thursday to make an appointment for Saturday and they said to just come in. A little tricky because they have an "early bird special" for $50/hr (as opposed to $60) starting at 10 am (which is when we went) but you must "make an appointment".......they have promoted online and in store that you can get any of their services for 2 hours for $100 and that's what we wanted to do and they flat out refused. They said 2 people + 1 hour each = 2 hours. Whatevs. They only charged us for an hour a piece and the massage itself was decent. They offer quite a few services (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, body scrubs, etc.) but I'm not sure how you get anything other than a regular massage because they don't actually ask you what you'd like. There's no waivers or informational forms to fill out and they don't ask if there's any particular area that needs focused on. But if you're just looking for a last minute decent massage at a reasonable price, then this place isn't a bad choice at all. It's not the nicest looking place but it's right by strawberry square so you aren't in a shady part of town. My sister and I both agree that we would go back. Just don't expect to get anything other than a 1 hr massage. read more

This place was amazing. I came here with my girlfriend for the couples massage. The staff members were very nice and accommodating for a last minute appointment. The massage room was very clean, relaxing, and comfortable. The pressure was just right and I felt great for several days afterwards. They got all the kinks and knots out. Will definitely be coming back! read more

Got the couples massage. Pressure was just right. The place is clean and affordable.

i was up visiting my mom from philly and we decided to try to find a massage place. after looking on yelp at pretty much every place in the lehigh valley i came across this place. the website reminded me of the palce i go to reguarly in philly-no frills, good price, and what i figured (correctly, as it turns out) would be a great massage. Return to Nature SPA is clean and quiet, and the women were kind and friendly. we got the couples massage, which is 90 min for $150-can't beat that! the massages were fabulous. the women used plenty of pressure, which i love, and the foot massage was one of the best i've ever had. i will definitely be going back. oh, and our masseuses' names were Cindy and mary. read more
