My wife and I did the back facial Groupon to try it out. Full disclosure, I had no idea what a back…read morefacial was lol. We arrived, the masseuse, Tamia, was very nice. If you'd like to talk during your session you can, if you want silence that's cool too. The back facial is like a total revamp for your back, she uses scrub as if you were getting an actual facial. The ambiance was very relaxing, bed was heated, and honestly my back has never been smoother. If you feel like your back is oily, you have lots of dry skin, or you struggle with backne this could be something you want to look into. When we were finished Tamia gave me time to get dressed and get myself together. (You're so relaxed you need a moment to get yourself off the table) It was a great experience, glad we used the Groupon first to see if we would or wouldn't like it. Definitely a plus for the both of us and we can't wait to go back and try some other services.

I booked my appointment with Michelle T. and could not have been more pleased! She not only accommodated my request of only clean natural products be used but also took note not to diffuse anything containing orange's as im allergic. I have had 2 appointments with Michelle T. and have more booked out. Highly recommend!

Ok so I gave them a second chance and wasnt too happy…read more When I called in the woman told me I could come right away. I explained I needed an hour massage. She said she could only do 45 minutes so I said OK. Living close by I went right over . I noticed this was a different woman that I had had a month ago. No problem . The place is very clean and very comfortable however they have no music, I tried to ask her to play soft spa music but she just ignored me. So I used my phone. It helps to relax. if you don't bring ur phone in and play ur own u can hear the traffic etc from outside. So my phone was next to me playing spa music. Just ridiculous I asked her to play some but there is a big language barrier . Before starting, she asked me to pre-pay which I have no problem doing that but I will not tip them until massage is finished. Then she told me the price had been increased. Shes showed me a text message that said OWNER RAISED PRICE. They have a price list right on the wall. I know what I paid four weeks ago, so the price was now increased. OK well I'm gonna take that out of your tip because that's not OK. If you want to raise the price, you better make sure you have trained people in there and the Massage given to the customer is worth it. Now I have to get undressed so we've already wasted about seven minutes. It was 6 o'clock. I was supposed to have a 45 minute massage. She stopped at 6:35. OK I paid for 45 min there is no relaxing with this Massage. She starts out rough, and finishes rough. There's no downtime , since there's no soothing music. There's no face massage no neck or hand nothing soothing and to anyone who gets massages-I think you know what I mean. Just bing bang done. I had to ask her to use oil again... and when she did, although she did get a hot towel, she then started to dry my skin off with paper towel towels!! ‍‍‍ These people are not trained as massage therapist. There is no way they are licensed therapist!! she gave me a massage like she would give her daughter or friend. No pressure points. Everything was very quick. And rough, banging on my back then she had me sit up so she could massage my back. This was very odd. I wasted $80. Not happy about it. I'm tempted to call them and go get my money back. I did give her $20 extra for her time and for having me come in so quickly but the more I think about it the more I annoyed I become. I gave them a second chance and something just is not sitting well with me.
