I have been going to the Center for Holistic Healing since February, 2016. I've been seriously ill…read morefor the past 6 1/2 years. The journey to this date has been very long! At one point I was near death, remained bedridden for months and have stayed mostly"couch ridden" since March of 2010. I was finally diagnosed with POTS then Mast Cell Activation Disorder with severe multiple chemical sensitivity, among many other conditions. I've seen well over 100 doctors both traditional and alternative medicine in the past 6+ years. At one point I had Gastroparesis, was told a feeding tube wouldn't even help me, was hospitalized over 45 days without answers, had PTSD from severity of my symptoms when I first became ill and nearly died. I had lost 50lbs in 3 months time from malabsorption and my autonomic nervous system was a disaster! By the time I walked into Dr. Schulenberg's office I could eat only 10 foods for the past 2 1/2 years. Anything else would cause anaphylactic reactions. Everyday for the past 2 1/2 yrs I experienced head to toe itching, unexplainable by any doctor. I was unable to take any supplements, herbs, medications etc... without severe side effects and reactions. The list of issues goes on and on, basically I was very very ill. Within one month, I was able to eat 3x's more foods than I had in nearly 3 years! I'm now able to take supplements and herbs that my body needs but previously was unable to absorb them or they caused awful side effects. I'm sleeping better at night and have been able to reduce a highly addictive prescription drug used for sleep that I've taken since falling ill nearly 7 years ago. My digestion is working the way it is supposed to work and I'm able to go to church and to be in public without a mask to protect me from perfumes and other chemical sensitivities! I'm no longer secluded at home 24/7 and can walk longer and be around scents that I couldn't tolerate for more than a few seconds. I'm now 2 months into treatment and seeing more and more positive changes to my health and feeling more and more hopeful that I'll be well once again! Dr. Schulenberg and the Center for Holistic Healing has literally given me my life back to a level I had given up on not long ago! I have a long way to go but to think where I was two short months ago versus where I am now, it's a miracle!!! I can't say enough good things about the staff. Judy is amazing and is always SO helpful, Amanda their contracted lymphatic massage therapist is incredible, Lynn is the sweetest and so loving and kind and Deb has been very supportive with any technology issues. Dr. Schulenberg is the best doctor I've ever met! She's a true God send in every sense of the word and has been blessed with the ability to customize your needs based on your particular issues. She's amazing! I look forward to living my life again for the first time in almost 7 very long years!!! Being a mom the way I want to be to my 13 yr old son and 31 yr old daughter, and a wife to my husband of 16 years. Thank you Dr. Schulenberg, Judy, Lynn, Amanda and Deb for making that happen for me! May God continue to bless you all! And most importantly thanks be to God for leading me to you! I could go on and on, but the most amazing thing I've seen with treatment here versus anywhere else, is that it's been the ONLY thing that's worked for me since being ill in August of 2009. The progress I've seen in 2 months far outweighs anything else I've tried. And believe me, I've tried everything!!! I'm eternally grateful for you Dr. Schulenberg, Judy, Lynn, Amanda and Deb! Thank you!!! * Note, as another poster stated, the treatment, supplements etc... can be quite expensive. But they won't ever recommend more than you need and it's been worth the investment to regain my life!

However, after doing the initial consult, I realized how much I needed his help. I was also experiencing constant bouts of bronchitis, pneumonia and ended up catching the flu as well. I spent three years dealing with almost perpetual respiratory illnesses. Dr. Morcom did a series of blood and saliva tests and diagnosed what supplements I needed. After several months, I stopped getting these illnesses. Now two years later I can say that I haven't gotten bronchitis since I started taking the suggested supplements. The depth of Dr. Morcom's knowledge, his patience in explaining the diagnosis and his calming demeanor make him among the best health care providers I've worked with. I continue to be a loyal customer (over the phone) even though I moved to another state. Luckily, Dr. Morcom has a very efficient online pharmacy that I can access to keep up to date on my supplements. I recommend David Morcom very enthusiastically and encourage anyone with a chronic ailment to get a consultation.

I had always been healthy and had never had a single ailment in my life so to have a doctor insist on surgery was a no-go for me. The basic best practices I learned here were life changing (drinking daily turmeric and black pepper, wearing amber necklaces, etc). By incorporating the recommendations Jim gave me in addition to changing to a plant-based diet, I was cured of the cyst within 3 months and never had one again! In addition, in that 3 month time, the skin on my back cleared (acne free) and my cholesterol improved. My whole family is now living a biophysically cleaner and healthier life and we are all better for it. Thank you NT Wellness Center :)
