After they ran up an xray bill to hit my insurance, they made a half-hearted attempt at an adjustment that did very little other than some light stretching I could/should have just done at home. They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area. The other reviews simply baffle and upset me - why did they get such great service? So I signed up for a pickup slot online and went in to get my pillow up. I walked inside and noticed a comfortable seating area up front with a chalkboard to the side for littles to keep distracted, very nice. There was not a front receptionist to greet me so I waited until Dr Sanders finished with his client to come out. He was friendly and very helpful in showing uses for this pillow. We discussed my problem areas and how this pillow could help alleviate (allergies, snoring for my husband and back issues). I ended up scheduling a free consultation appointment which I had to cancel later. The issue for me was that when I tried to research insurance/billing later on the site it had NOTHING. And since I don't have insurance that covers chiropractic care, that's a bit scary! It made me assume the pricing will be more than I can pay.
