Most brokers will pick up the phone and help. Kyle can barely get an email response out. We deleted a vehicle from our policy and added a new one and our auto policy doubled. We now pay more for 1 vehicle than we were paying for the 5 previous vehicles. His only response was "will you added a new van" I have asked repeatedly why added a van and removing a van doubles my policy price and all I get is the same response. I'm not adding a Rolls Royce. $900 a month for 5 vehicle before now $1904.83 monthly with the change. Help me make this make sense. NOPE he's no interested. Thanks for your business, but I got bigger fish to fry. Bad business. Just horrible.

The recording specifically states she was selling mortgage insurance and she quoted my loan amount (which I did not use), and she was returning a call per my request. Lie number one. She later responded on another contact and said I requested in writing a quote. She never produced evidence of such, and said: "You filled the form out, this is why you were called. It was done either online or mailed back to us. No one lied to you. I hope your life gets better.". If you receive similar illegal communications, please contact the FTC and FCC like I did. If this is the same company out of Swannanoa NC then I recommend you filed complaints. This company appears to be violating the Do Not Call laws, and possibly other insurance related solicitation laws.
