Second instance; As I was begin prepared for a crown, another dentist left me with a very rough temporary cap that scratched inside my mouth all weekend, i couldn't eat or drink, any movement was excruciating! I did go back to have it smoothed out by Dr Hul. Third one; the receptionist is supposed to obtain pre-approval for any work being done - summer of 2025. i had just completed major cancer treatment, and needed a cap on a tooth. She booked me in and I needed a mouth guard as well as the chemo pain causing me to clench my jaw at night. $700 for that, but I could pay monthly when i return to work cancer free and after recovery, that was agreed and fine. Early 2026 i am back to work. rebuilding stamina. Receptionist called me and kept sending the bill to two companies, and because it wasn't pre-approved, it kept getting denied. When she let me know it wasn't getting paid, i was surprised. I would not allow $2,200 in work to be done while on disability. I couldn't afford that. It is supposed to be pre-approved and now they are putting it on me. Blaming me and no taking any accountability at all. Now it is Feb 2026, I am just getting a handle on my finances, started back to work ft Jan 15/26. Went to apply for a car loan last week to upgrade my car; i travel a lot for work. Was denied loan due to this dentist office sending the bill to collections last month. Mind you, I did send this bill to another agency in Jan 2026; to appeal the non-payment, and they contacted the dentist office as they investigate. Was that the date they sent it to collection? They didn't notify me that they were sending it to collection. Shouldn't they work with me to get it paid? Instead they send it to collections knowing that its being appealed by me. Tarnishing my credit rating. The bill will get paid, but they've ruined my credit, and I now need to search out a new dentist and drive my old car. Not cool. Not taking accountability for their mistake (s). Take caution before you go there, they'll blame you for any and all wrong doings and mistakes on their part. Then they'll ruin your credit.

I initially choose this place just by doing a quick google search of places in the downtown core. I saw some cute glasses on their website so decided to make an appointment. First of all I must start by saying the optometrist here seemed very thorough and knowledgeable. I feel very confidant in returning here for any future exams. After my exam the assistant helped me select my glasses. I have never been more pleased with the help I got. She was extremely helpful and willing to make suggestions. I am very indecisive and she was amazing at helping me narrow down my selection. And finally I want to say that the selection of frames was also fantastic. Some very unique style to choose from and everything was great quality. Oh and they also will bill Blue Cross directly so they take the portion they pay right off the cost so you don`t have to wait for a refund. I definitely recommend this place!!

When I do my research before getting any treatment I find her technology is highly rated studios in NYC, Scottsdale and California. In addition to the technology available, she also ensures the highest quality product which support wellness in aging are available. Not stuff you can get a Sephora or Holts. I have been seeing Coral for many years, most recently I experience the Laser Genesis Pro procedure, I cannot believe how effective the treatment with very little down time. This is a newer treatment Coral is incorporated in her business and as always the treatment was delivered with kindness, focus on resolving my personal goals and actually going over and above my goals. Being in business strategy I am fully aware how easy it is to continue to make money of old technology as most often the consumer is not up to date on technology. This is not what happens at this studio....there is passion, kindness and great delivery of results. Bottom line in my humble opinion this studio is committed to their customer's needs and I am grateful for the results I receive.

I went in for age spots under my eyes and wanted RF needling done. I didn't even think of getting laser because I thought that area would be a no no. Coral suggested Picosure laser on top of RF needling if I wanted. For my first session we did strictly RF needling and she went over my entire face taking out things I couldn't even see. She has these incredible specs with a light attached and she really gets right in there. RF needling isn't a walk in the park but she is constantly making sure I'm feeling alright. Two weeks later was my follow up and I wanted to really get those pesky age spots. I gave her the okay to touch up with the RF needle again and then go forward with Picosure. Picosure can be a bit intense but nothing horrendous or anything. A frozen stone is rolled onto the area to be treated so comfort is of utmost importance! I looked a bit hideous after the treatments but Coral made sure I was well covered up with some mineral makeup. I left with some great products and hoping they will continue to improve my complexion.
