No one we talked to would inspect it without a large fee. The Harrison team made several trips to our house and ended up replacing major parts of the dishwasher. He even enlisted the help of a former employee, who also made repeated trips to our house. Peter was personally involved and ensured that the dishwasher returned to its working state. I highly recommend Harrison.

The selection of USB cables and interfaces was good and the prices comparable to the ones I would had found at an Apple store. The store had someone greeting people as they walked in, which made it easy since I was able to ask where the Apple cables were. The line to pay was a bit long, but not bad at all.

My freeze just went. All these appliances that failed were not from AAA. I will be ordering my freezer from them. Our freezer died last night but we didn't panic because we were expecting this one to come in the morning. When I finally called them, whoops, it didn't make it on the truck this morning. They clearly didn't care and were really condescending when I finally reached a person.,

,My wife and I have been searching on-and-off for a refrigerator since late 2019. Finally, we had…read morean idea what we needed as far as capacity, size and style. We were somewhat limited by the height of the space for the refrigerator which limited our options. I really wanted to buy one from local store over a big box store. We went here during the summer and were met by Kellie. She is one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to appliances, and "service" seems to be her middle name. She quickly pointed out the models that would fit and we completed the sale. Throughout this process she never hid the fact that there would be delays on the manufacturers end due to COVID and the limited staff at the factories. When the Refrigerator was still pending shipment in August, during the tax-free weekend she easily redid the order for us to save us the nearly $100.00 in sales tax, while keeping our order in it's original place in line. These are the types of things she and her company can do that I think would be much more difficult to accomplish at the big box stores. I thoroughly checked their prices against others, including Costco, and they are more than competitive with any other retailer, including the big box stores, so I am more than comfortable ordering my appliances from here. So combine great prices, with customer service, and going the extra mile for their customers, and what dod you end up with? Kellie at Beach Sales, Inc.!

I was told that they had to come to measure so fine. They did and someone was supposed to contact me within 2-3 business days. They did not so I reached out and finally contacted Joan Gomes. She spent a great deal of time 'trying to find' the right doors and offered me a $1000 door or for $372 or so I thought a mismatched pair of doors. When I said I was willing to consider the mismatched set all of sudden she is quoting me over $1000 for installation and the doors. When I ask for my $40 back because they don't have what I want I am told my fee is non-refundable. Well, if you don't have the product I told you in the first place that I wanted then I should get my money back! She was deceitful writing in her email to me that she was closing the case because of the cost. She didn't have the doors to fit my closet. Update: I am amending my review because after posting, I was contacted and Home Depot researched my situation and refunded the $40 fee. I appreciate very much their doing the right thing.
