I called a few days later and got a prompt return call from Robin, whom I believe is the owner of the salon. I told her my concerns and without hesitation, she said she would refund me for that portion of services. Please note, i have never, ever, asked for a refund on any type of salon visit so I was nervous about calling and addressing my concerns. I was so grateful that she made it so easy. I offered to send photos as proof but she said she didn't need them. Will i visit this salon again? Absolutely. The person to whom I spoke was very helpful and found a time for me right away. I received good communication via text and email. I filled out the patient information sheet online. Late on the afternoon of the day before my appointment i got an voice mail from the receptionist (Emily). It said, "I'm calling about your appointment tomorrow with Kelsey. If you could give me a call back at your earliest convenience at phone number. Unfortunately Kelsey is not able to do that procedure tomorrow. Again give us a call back and I'm gonna cancel it for now it's just not something she is comfortable doing." An apology would have been nice, but was not forth coming. Why advertise services for men, if the staff is not comfortable performing the procedure. This is very unprofessional to say the least. I have never experience this kind of treatment from a professional place. My time was wasted. Oh well!
