That is why I choose Medically Yours over other places in Sedona to get a touch up laser hair removal (Brazilian) I called to make an appointment three days in advance. The person to whom I spoke was very helpful and found a time for me right away. I received good communication via text and email. I filled out the patient information sheet online. Late on the afternoon of the day before my appointment i got an voice mail from the receptionist (Emily). It said, "I'm calling about your appointment tomorrow with Kelsey. If you could give me a call back at your earliest convenience at phone number. Unfortunately Kelsey is not able to do that procedure tomorrow. Again give us a call back and I'm gonna cancel it for now it's just not something she is comfortable doing." An apology would have been nice, but was not forth coming. Why advertise services for men, if the staff is not comfortable performing the procedure. This is very unprofessional to say the least. I have never experience this kind of treatment from a professional place. My time was wasted. Oh well!

The business is husband-and-wife owned, and they were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our experience a great one. If I'm ever back in Sedona, this will absolutely be one of my first stops. Great service, outstanding customer care, and a wonderful local business that I'm happy to support. Highly recommend!

David and Clarissa are such wonderful, genuine people who have built an incredible business that truly cares about its clients. The attention to detail here is unmatched. From the essential oils that add a perfect sensory touch to your session to the beautiful decor and high quality products available up front, every inch of this place feels intentional. And then, of course, there are the views; who wouldn't want to detox while smack dab in the middle of the stunning Sedona scenery? I came here looking for ways to recalibrate my body. I've been dealing with uncontrolled seizures & other issues following a difficult situation with mold exposure in a previous home, and the sauna has been an absolute game changer for my health. I was also initially nervous about the cold plunge due to some of the fear mongering I'd heard online over the years regarding women's health. However by listening to my body and just doing a quick dip without over pushing myself, there is no question it has aided in my pain and recovery time. I LOVE the cold plunge now. My partner uses it every session for the full recommended 3 minutes & he just absolutely love it too. We're huge fans! If you are looking for a place to heal, recharge, or simply enjoy a world-class wellness experience, this is it. Thank you so much Sedona Infrared Sauna, we love you guys!
