Little wannabe "Doctor" Nickels Cooper was rude, incompetent, inexperienced, arrogant, very insecure, just fresh from DO school, with a very bad attitude. Assistants, nurses were as incompetent and rude. I had both hands fractured and terribly swollen and there were pulling my rings forcibly. I had to tell these stupid girls to put soap or oil. Duh! These immature and uneducated girls (who barely spoke correct English) made fun out loud of a feature on my body that I was going to have removed. So inappropriate! I had to watch and be careful about everything as they wanted to give me unnecessary and harmful procedures that I refused. The radiology/MRI's corridors smell toxic mold all over. Only ONE nurse was mature, competent and nice, asking about my prescriptions drugs. I have been around the world, this place gets number one prize for incompetence, stupidity, lack of both empathy and professional attitude.
