Awful!!! This is a dangerous practice. Caroline is completely unprofessional, neglectful and does not care about anyone but herself. They refuse to return calls. They fall short of filling any medication's. You are really taking your life in your own hands if you go here. The office is poorly run, the staff is rude and ill-equipped to even be in a medical office. This place should be closed permanently. They only hurt people, not help. Do not go here! This is a very dangerous, dangerous place, she should be completely put out of business permanently!! read more

Caroline is one of the kindest most understanding doctors I have ever come across in my life and I had a lot of doctors in my life whether it be for mental health or physical health it's nice to know that even if I have to see specialist for certain things that I always have Caroline there should I need her because she is amazing. She cares and she listens and that's not something I come across often or you find a doctor that does listen but they don't take you seriously. Paralyzed listens and takes everything I have to say into consideration she doesn't treat me like I don't know anything when it comes to my body and I've experienced that a lot for some reason with doctors. I do understand that they've had training and went to school but to be heard it's just something that you need when you see your doctor. read more

I had been in pain management near 27 years when my doctor of 16 years had to retire for poor vision. I had been in 17 car accidents with a genetic disorder so no one really wanted to treat me; yet alone SEE me as a human being. After being passed around a few doctors I heard of Caroline. I wasn't even going to go as I was fading out and was down to near 160lbs instead of the solid 228lbs I had been for years. My best friend headed over the rainbow bridge and I sent the kids to their mom's. When I first met her the way she talks to you like you are just as important as anyone else in this world not disabled really moved me. She listened intently and had performed thorough blood work and diagnostic procedures. She filled my meds making minor adjustments but I could tell she was concerned especially after hearing I had to put my best friend and pit bull Bubba down at 17 years old. The following Saturday home alone I was up to old bad habits and hadn't eaten in a couple days and was still looking forward to my eternal slumber. When I thought no one cared if I lived or died Caroline contacted me. After that I told her I would try and would listen and follow her recommendations. Since then I have rebuilt my life and was even able to help Pfizer figure out the vaccine and with the Governor's help we saved a lot of life because Caroline saved mine first. Without her knowledge, understanding, connection with her patients and just compassion I would not be here today and that means millions more might not either!! God Bless and Caroline is one of the few specialists in the field I trust with my very life!!! read more

When I called for clarification, I was bounced around, spoken to unprofessionally (a billing rep answered while chewing and saying he was "on lunch"), and never received a straight answer. I specifically asked for a detailed voicemail so I would have documentation, but instead I was told there was "no point " to leave one. Zachary even replied to my Google review stating they'd leave a detailed message, but that did not happen. For the record, the office has three of my voicemails with my phone number, and Zachary is welcome to contact me directly. All I have asked for is something in writing that explains why I was told I was in-network when I was not, and what exactly the $200 charge for a 20-minute consult covers. To date, I have received no transparency or professionalism. Patients deserve better.
